We recently stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The highlights for me was the buffet at Flavors. Their breakfast food was prob best I have had at an all inclusive. The tamales are great. I added other fixings on top and really enjoyed. The roast meat carving station is usually good and I like the fresh fruits and smoothie options. Their best accommodation is the onsite food concierge (Ruth). Our daughter has celiac allergy and needs detailed attention when it comes to eating. Every meal at any restaurant, they call her to come and assist in ordering. We couldn’t believe how great a service this was and Ruth is super nice and genuinely helpful. It made our trip. Thanks again.

The rooms are cleaned everyday and the mini bar restocked! The butler Andres was really attentive and kind! The food is decent I really like the Mexican restaurant, the crème brûlée at the French restaurant and room service was good too! The check in/ out process was seamless and I really enjoyed the club pool and beach area!

I'd like to say that we ate the 9 Doors Japanese Restaurant with my family of 23, we had two hibachi cooks, our cook was Marco or Marcus I believe, who was wonderful and funny. Our host Bogart, was excellent, very helpful, and kept us smiling and laughing throughout. He even added some entertainment with his anniversary song to my parents and a birthday song to my nephew. Great times. I really appreciated the buffet hosts letting us sit near one another whenever we entered the buffet.

We stayed in room 3209 in Elegance Majestic Club Jr. Suite I think it was called. 1. We had a butler named Chris who anticipated our every need and was exceedingly easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. He shared the daily itinerary every day, we just messaged him if we needed any little thing like towels, a cleaning, a booking etc. and he took care of it, never had to think twice. 2. Resort is very nice and peaceful. I enjoyed walking around and it was big enough that I didn't get bored whatsoever for the 7 nights we were there. 3. Food is actually really good. We went to the Italian, French, seafood, steakhouse and tepenyaki. Every night felt like a new vibe, we went twice to the Italian restaurant for the mushroom soup, it was fire. The seafood restaurant was really good for dinner, with a beautiful view - felt like a bougie waterfront restaurant in Vancouver, not an all inclusive. Filet mignon was great at the steakhouse, Creme brûlée was delicious at the French restaurant, They have Majestic for gourmet burgers and quesadillas etc taste delicious and the breakfast for club members was like 5 star a la carte. 4. The lobby bar has really good cocktails, like being in the lobby again at a bougie hotel in Vancouver. They have a live piano player and even live singers. 5. The customer service is truly top notch. The servers at the restaurants go above and beyond to attend to your needs they take their jobs seriously. 6. Entertainment was really good! 7. Good crowd.

Majestic Elegance lives up to its name, everywhere you looked was truly elegant. From the moment you step inside, you feel pampered and taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed all the resort had to offer from the delicious restaurants and the amazing staff and entertainment team. There was always something to do, someone making sure you had a drink in your hand, and the butler attentively making sure you had all our needs met. We left already planning our return trip!

I fall in love with this resort Majestic Elegance the minute we arrived! It was my first time in staying in this resort in June 2026. Traveled with my mom and sisters. What I love the most was the food which was amazing and all the restaurants. The smoothie bar for breakfast was on point with Marco. Cleanliness was espectacular in my junior suite and other areas of the resort. The room is clean daily, the bed is fixed and towels change. For the Murphy bed they send a staff to open the bed. The same thing for the sofa bed. The king bed, Murphy and sofa bed mattress were marvelous ( very comfy) The only thing I would recommend is calling before time like two hours before going to bed to request to fix the bed as they take too long to come to your room or when you make requests from your room. Other than that everything was amazing. In the junior suite we have amenities every da The property is in great condition, beautiful, and the view is dazzling everywhere. I really like that the property is big and you could find space ti seat anywhere. The pool activities by Candy were very inclusive. I traveled with my sisters who have intellectual disabilities and Candy incorporated them on the activities. Candy is a great staff to this resort and we were happy to participated in all the activities with her as she was professional, respectful and enthusiastic. Also the staffs at the show during the night are great. I give this resort 9 out 10 and would return hopefully next year.
