El personal excelente, pero el hotel está en medio de la nada, sin carro no es buena idea, está aislado de todo y no hay restaurante en el hotel ni cerca de la propiedad, ni tiendas, la única solución es llevar automóvil.

It’s beautiful the people there are really nice it’s quiet.. beach are clean and hardly anyone out there peaceful The food was delicious this place is great for a getaway peaceful vacation. Sayulita it’s only 20 minutes away that town it’s beautiful with great food.

We loved our stay here at the Xiobella! We would stay there again the next time we go :) Great staff, super friendly. Great views from the room, and rooftop restaurant. We had breakfast 2 out of the 3 mornings we were there, and enjoyed the food and views! 10/10

¡¡Todo Excelente!! Desde que llegas, Álvaro que está en el frontdesk es super amable y atento, hace el check in y resuelve todas tus dudas. Las habitaciones del Hotel son espaciosas, tienen vista al mar, muy limpias y cómodas, todo funciona a la perfección, en el Navegante restaurante del hotel, en un roof techado, con vistas a la bahía, la comida es riquísima y los meseros también super atentos, y amables te hace pasar un buen rato. La Playa afuera del Hotel se extiende a lo lejos para tranquilamente caminar y nadar, ya que el oleaje es muy suave, un lugar para disfrutar atardeceres fascinantes y ver la luna luciendo exquisitamente sobre el mar. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí y claro que volveremos.

me encanto, nos fuimos de relajacion y fue lo que esperabamos la cama deliciosa, las habitaciones super limpias y modernas, las areas muy lindas, la playa padrisima, atardecer que no puedo explicar complemento nuestra escapada, el personal increiblemente amable y siempre cordiales en especial Alvaro Gonzalez que nos recibio con una sonrisa y con una excelente bienvenida.. lo recomendamos mucho

This hotel is worth checking out , it’s a little hidden which makes it feel more private, all the members of the staff are nice and they go an extra mile so you can feel comfortable and welcome, the restaurant has a great view and food is delicious. Thanks Alvaro for trying your best so we could feel comfortable.
