La playa súper! La suite también la disfrutamos mucho! El personal en general excelente servicio. Comida rica en los restaurantes de especialidad. Se me hizo chiquito el buffet principal, En momentos de hacía muy larga la fila de omelets o carne a la parrilla y tapaban toda la línea del buffet, muy incómodo estar pidiendo chanza en cada cosa que te quieras servir! Pero en general si volvería!! La fiesta de espuma del día del niño como la disfrutamos!

We had an amazing stay at Meliá Casa Maya and would absolutely come back. This resort is perfect for families. The water park was a huge highlight—our kids spent hours there every day and never got bored. There were also tons of activities geared toward kids, which made the whole trip easy and fun for everyone. We stayed in a two-bedroom Level suite, and it exceeded expectations. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a family to spread out and relax. Having the extra room made a big difference in enjoying our stay. Another standout was the service—food and drink delivery right to our lounge chairs was excellent and made relaxing by the pool effortless. There were always plenty of lounge chairs available too, which is a big plus and something not every resort gets right. Overall, this resort delivered exactly what we were looking for: a stress-free, family-friendly vacation with great amenities. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with kids

Was here for about a week Generally satisfied with everything that they offer and the staff were great *Just a small concern about recyclable drinking cups at the bar were just rinsed and re-used often , not sure of that's a good practice with amount of people in the hotel But overall would recommend this hotel

We just got back and are ready to go back! We highly recommend this hotel. We traveled as a family of 5-three kids under the age of 10. I did so much research before actually booking because of it being smaller and fairly new. This is a beautiful, super clean aesthetic hotel! The pool pictures make it seem like the pool is small but there’s actually plenty of room for everyone. Food options were great but dinner was the best. Our favorite restaurant was Cape Nao and our waiter Fernando was so polite and friendly. That is true about every single employee to be honest-my husband and I discussed how everyone-no matter their role at the hotel was friendly! They will make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Plenty of activities but no kids club so you do have to stay with your kids. Also every local that we spoke to mentioned how the hotel is situated on one of the best beaches. It really was the best. No as blue as Isla mujeres but just as calm and clean. Make sure you spend your morning at the hotel not the afternoon. In the afternoon there’s more sargasm but in the morning it’s sooooo beautiful for hours and hours. The water park is another perk! You can get drinks delivered to your chair, order food in that area and it’s completely safe and clean! I could go on and on about this hotel. It’s a must book!

The all-inclusive hotel was generally well appointed and well organized. We had some difficulties with the dinner reservation process. The atmosphere was very family friendly, and the waterpark offerings were exceptional.
