We frequently travel and dont require a lot of fancy amenities, but this was an awful mess right away. Nobody appeared to be sure of what they were doing during the front desk checkin process. When we eventually found a room, we had to be personally taken there. We finally locate it, and for some reason, we were required to be brought there by the staff. Is it weird, but irrational? When we arrived at the room, the staff told us if I dont believe this room was available and he would return the same room that was actually ready for us. Our motherinlaw, who was in a wheelchair, had to use the restroom for 20 minutes while we were outside, despite the bed being extremely hard and unpleasant. Okay, another and uncomfortable, but whatever. The Internet was unkempt and only managed to work for a few minutes at a time. Our accommodation included a small kitchenette and a small refrigerator where we kept a few beverages. When my husband spilled a beer, he grabbed a towel from the bathroom to wipe it up. The towel is white because it is in a light tan color. It was not a towel worth 20 when it was made, so they began making bids to negotiate the price! Because we were preparing to depart at this point, they were giving us a $5 discount and taking more money
