Pleasant stay. Great location, close to everything and easily accessible. Security staff was wonderful. Place was clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that the building is near a major intersection so there is some noise at night. We also did not have hot water on the last day.

Todo muy bien, cama muy cómoda; solo al llegar de la calle hubiera sido perfecto tener aire acondicionado, el clima estaba más caluroso de lo esperado. El personal de seguridad muy amable y atento. Muy buena ubicación, hay de todo cerca. Sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme con ustedes.

Room was clean, and staff was nice and welcoming. Was kind of disappointed they didn’t have more water in the fridge and we had to buy our own shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

This was a pleasant small apartment and the staff were friendly and helpful. The problem I had was the noise. It’s a very poorly soundproofed building which is on the main road (and some Mexicans have a penchant for very loud cars & motorcycles - so if you’re a light sleeper this place is probably not for you.

My stay was very unpleasant due to a strong sewer odor that filled the entire room. The smell was constant and extremely noticeable throughout the stay. It was coming from the apartment’s bathroom. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. The same issue was noticeable in the kitchen area. I contacted the hotel about the smell and was told they installed an odor trap and that the issue was “resolved.” Unfortunately, the odor never went away. I reached out to them three or more times during my stay, but there was no follow-up or further assistance. I also contacted Hotels.com twice, and they informed me they were unable to reach the property by phone or email, which was very frustrating. The smell was so strong that I woke up every day with headaches, nausea, and dizziness. Friends staying in other apartments at the same property did not experience this issue, so it seems to be specific to certain units. Very disappointing experience overall for an apartment that is centrally located.
