Todo bien, solamente que el brazalete te lo quitan a las 2 y ya no puedes pedir nada cuando tu avión sale tarde

I was here in June with a family of 6 so I had to get 2 rooms. The staff was real helpful and gave us the rooms next to each other, my sister also came with her family and they were able to give her a room right across from us which was nice. The food was pretty good for a all inclusive, they have a lot of options and different places to eat.the food is 7/8 out of 10.the beach is probably the one thing that I didn’t like as much it’s all the way at the end. Overall my family loved it and enjoyed it I would recommend this place if your planning on going to playa del Carmen

The food was decent. Buffet times were a little disorganized. Lot of tables were not cleaned fast enough to seat guest. Was able to get reservations at all the different restaurants. Over all it was good place to stay.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing vacation at Ocean Riviera Paradise! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers something for everyone. Our kids had an incredible time with all the family-friendly activities, while the adults were able to relax and enjoy the pools, and outstanding restaurants. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, so there was always something new to try. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The entertainment each evening was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was fun, relaxing, and perfect for families. We made so many wonderful memories together and are already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our family vacation so special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable all-inclusive getaway!

I came to this resort for my 30th birthday and from the beginning the service and communication was outstanding. All the specialty restaurants were amazing we didn’t have one bad experience. I’d recommend this resort for anyone that wants to relax and have great food and service.

Para el costo bastante bien cumple muy bien, comida rica y variada, estaría bien que tuvieran actividades más animadas show en la placita a mi gusto solo eso les falta

We recently stayed at Ocean Riviera Paradise in Playa del Carmen and had a wonderful vacation overall. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers plenty to do for both families and couples. We especially enjoyed the large pools, nightly entertainment, and the variety of restaurants available. The grounds were clean, and the staff members were friendly, hardworking, and always willing to help. We are already looking forward to coming back and seeing the wonderful staff members who made our stay even more special—William, Luis, Victor, and Capitán Meneses. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome, and we can’t wait to visit again.

We really liked it. The rooms were very clean, the staff was great, there were so many different activities, and shows. Everything was excellent. We had a wonderful time, and for me, out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at before, this is the best, and I would love to come back again.
