Butler Antonio is #1 hands down, not even close. We didn’t have 1 hiccup the entire trip! Amazing staff, great food options, incredible facilities. Room service and house keeping was great!

This resort is going to be our new go-to resort! The rooms were clean, the environment was well kept and beautiful, and the staff was always kind! We had more accommodating staff than not, but those who were not as accommodating did not overcome the majority of the kind staff there! The lay out is great, not too far and not too close to each other. It allowed us to be spaced out with other guests during the day, but coming together at night was great and fun! Many activities that the H10 website plans/schedules through out the day to try different things as groups! Each person we went to was 21+ and we loved every pool, bar, and restaurant! Food was GREAT! Definitely better experience than other all-inclusive resorts we’ve been too. We were planning our trip back while we were checking out! Such a great and memorable stay!

Pleasantly surprised - excellent service and great food We did not know what to expect, especially while traveling with our six-month-old baby, but we ended up being very happy with our week. We booked a garden-view junior suite for a quieter stay. The room was modern, comfortable and nicely decorated, and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. We noticed a minor sewer smell in the bathroom, but the hotel team resolved it quickly. What impressed us most was the service. Everyone was attentive, regularly checked whether we needed anything, and communication through WhatsApp was very easy. The buffet and restaurant staff were especially thoughtful. This was my fifth resort experience between Mexico and the Dominican Republic, and the service here truly stood out. The buffet was varied, with daily changes and plenty of healthier options. We also enjoyed the restaurants, especially Sakura and the Italian restaurant. We tried the Privilege section for two days and recommend the upgrade for its separate pool, excellent restaurant and terrace jacuzzi, which was especially nice when it rained. The pools were the only weaker point: they felt a little small, the children’s pool was noisy and sometimes cloudy, and the beachside pool had limited shade. The beach was affected by sargassum despite daily cleaning. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and would rate the resort 4.5/5. Special thanks to Irving, Aylin and Gustavo for their kindness and help throughout our stay.

Our stay at this resort was one to remember and we want to come back. The property is amazing, the pools are great. The food is another topic. We had the best experience in this category. We never got bored, they have something for everyone here. The entertainment group with William was unmatched. He made the fun through the roof. We thank Expedia as well for having it on their site. A must with family or just couples.

This was our first time staying at Ocean Riviera Paradise. The staff was very welcoming as soon as we walked in to the lobby. Where we were escorted to the privilege check-in. The privileged staff were very knowledgeable and will inform you with all the upgrades you have as a privileged guest. We were introduced to our butler Pool (pronounced Paul) who by far made or stay much better by booking all our reservations for dinner and fulfilled any need that we had. Keep in mind. The hotel is very large and lengthy. Thankfully, the resort has a trolley that operates from 7 AM till 10 PM which was very helpful. There are plenty of pools for everyone to enjoy. A kids, adults only, privilege, and oceanfront pool. I can’t say that much about the other pools since we were at the privilege pool the entire stay. Plenty of restaurants with a great variety food from Italian, Mexican, steakhouse, Teppanyaki which were all fantastic. The privilege lounge also has a great breakfast, but we seem to get faster service at the breakfast buffet at the entrance and more of selection. We upgraded our room to a oceanfront suite which came with a large pullout sofa and a king size bed with two TVs and two restrooms. Our fridge was consistently stocked with beverages. The beach was a hit a mess with all the seaweed overtaking the water. But we knew beforehand what we were getting ourselves into so it wasn’t really a big deal.

This was our first time at Ocean Riviera Maya and we had a great vacation! 🌴☀️ This is a wonderful, family-friendly resort and we are already looking forward to our next trip here! All the staff have been amazing, attentive, and helpful. The resort offers "privilege" access which includes a separate lounge, restaurant, private pool and beach areas, priority reservations for restaurants, and a butler who is available to help with any questions or needs. Efrain was our butler and he took amazing care of us! He greeted us upon arrival, showed us our room, gave us a tour of the resort, and truly went above and beyond. We were celebrating my birthday and he went out of his way to decorate our room with a banner, balloons, champagne, and a sweet treat. Hersson who works at the privilege pool also took great care of us. He went out of his way to help us and we looked forward to seeing him every morning. Nelly was our pool server and was friendly, helpful, and on top of everything! Ocean Eats (the resort version of room service) was excellent and it was nice to have kid-friendly options that could be delivered. Our room was great and we loved the private swimout. We appreciated having access to more quiet areas and restaurants especially while traveling with a special needs child. We had a great dinner at the hibachi restaurant with Alberto, America, and Carlos! They also have on-site bowling and Lizbeth did a wondeful job leading activities! It was fun to watch World Cup games here

We had a large family coming here and there was a bit of checking in issues. We called ahead a few weeks before to make sure we were all close to eachother or same buildings atleast and were told that was not an issue. The day we arrived we were all in different buildings but they helped as much as possible. The food was great once you start figuring out what you like and dont. The buffet changes daily so you're not forced to eat the same thing everytime especially since ce trying to get into the resturants are near impossible. We would definitely stay again. But be sure to wake up EARLY to lay out towels or you will have no chairs for the entire day as people leave them for the day and rarely use them. We would definitely stay here again with ages 2.5 to 70. Everyone had a great time.

I was here in June with a family of 6 so I had to get 2 rooms. The staff was real helpful and gave us the rooms next to each other, my sister also came with her family and they were able to give her a room right across from us which was nice.The food was pretty good for a all inclusive,they have a lot of options and different places to eat.the food is 7/8 out of 10.the beach is probably the one thing that I didn’t like as much it’s all the way at the end. Overall my family loved it and enjoyed it I would recommend this place if your planning on going to playa del Carmen

The food was decent. Buffet times were a little disorganized. Lot of tables were not cleaned fast enough to seat guest. Was able to get reservations at all the different restaurants. Over all it was good place to stay.
