High standards. First time trip to Mexico for my wife and I, the reserve was nice and quiet for our honeymoon. Very nice and friendly staff. Our Concierge Fernanda was awesome, very friendly, anything we wanted reservations for she was on it. We had a problem with our room and they moved us without question. My wife's diamond earring fell out while having a massage, we were in the spa pool when staff found us a while later and gave it to her before she had even noticed it was missing.. Family members had warned us about going to mexico: "Don't eat XYZ, don't drink the ice, dont drink anything that doesn't come out of a bottle" etc. We ate and drank with zero worry about Ice or anything like that and had zero issues. Their standards are clearly very high and food safety very good. Our room was nice and clean and refreshed daily by housekeeping. The tropical theme inside the pyramids is very nice. My two issues: The bartenders putting way too much ice in our drinks lol. I know ice is cheap and it IS hot but as someone who never drinks, It shouldn't take 5 drinks for me to feel a buzz lol. And the upselling when out for dinner or even getting a massage felt a bit much considering the price we already paid just to be there. I get they're just trying to make money but still. But all in all it was a very nice resort, safe, high standards, nice (and hardworking) staff, and I would definitely go back in the future.

My husband and I came for our honeymoon and had Fernanda as our concierge the entire trip. She was amazing and set up our daily itinerary with restaurant reservations , excursions, and activities. The staff were so attentive and awesome . It was truly paradise ! We’ll be coming back for sure !

The staff was wonderful! From check in to check out we had a lovely experience. Our room was kept very clean and stocked with towels, water, etc. the staff at the restaurants and the coffee shop were a delight, they made us feel right at home! We are definitely coming back.

Nice hotel and staff. I recommend getting the concierge service our experience has improved a lot since we got it and our host Fernanda was caring and very helpful . Nice restaurants especially the Italian restaurant was amazing. The sea view was beautiful!

We had an incredible stay at Paradisus. The resort was absolutely beautiful, clean, and staff was so generous. We loved our spa experience, but the jacuzzi should be warmer. The gym and the equipment was very nice and it was so clean in there as well. As for the restaurants, we loved Kao, Santé for dinner and Vibra for breakfast! The buffet was also great but hit or miss on some days as they would run out of some items so early. Capella was Italian, could be better and service seemed a bit rushed there. Sals steakhouse was amazing! The 24 hour ice cream always ran out of ice cream by 10pm, but their coffee was delicious! The snack restaurant by the pool had good food, but one day they didn’t open until 2:00 pm. Get the burger there it’s the best! As for the rooms, they were nice and clean, however, we did have some issues with our power going out the first night, light fixture issue the second night, and temperature in our room was a bit warm that we had to have the fan on at all times. As for our concierge, Israel was wonderful! He was on top of all our requests at all times and always went above and beyond for us. He was the best! Overall, 10/10 and we will definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Reserve Tower. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views that made our stay even more enjoyable. Restaurants high end. A special thank you to Galindo, our concierge, who took outstanding care of us from start to finish. The concierge service operates through WhatsApp, which was incredibly convenient, and Galindo was always quick to respond, coordinate requests, and ensure everything we needed was taken care of promptly. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel welcomed and valued. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family just returned from an incredible 11 night stay at Paradisus Cancun, and we are already talking about when we can come back! What truly made this vacation unforgettable was the amazing staff. A huge thank you to Bernardo, Armando, Pascual, Alejandro, and Seferino from the Gastro Hall. They welcomed us every day with genuine kindness and warmth and truly made us feel at home. Their service was exceptional, and seeing their friendly faces became one of our favorite parts of each day. A special shout-out to Anna, the bartender closest to Aqua Marina. She was absolutely wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and making delicious drinks with a smile. We also want to recognize the entertainment team, especially Mauricio, Daniel, and Giovani. They made the most fun crafts and activities for our family and helped create memories that our children will be talking about for a long time. Our concierge, Faredeh, was fantastic. She helped coordinate all of our dinner reservations and made everything seamless from start to finish. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We also want to give a special thank you to Ivan from Guest Services. He truly made our whole trip by taking the time to come say hi and chat with us whenever he saw us around the resort. His friendliness and genuine interest in making sure we were having a great time made us feel incredibly welcome and added a personal touch that meant so much to our family.

Beautiful resort inside and out. It is definitely an older building, but the interior is amazing. Aqua Marina was one of the best restaurants and overall food was okay. All the evening shows were great. Staffs are nice and very helpful. Quick room service and response to all the requests. I would recommend this resort!
