All the staff were very kind, respectful and helpful. The hotel is very family friendly, the kids pool area was perfect for small kids as well as pre-teens. We were a group of 9 in our family with 3 adults, (1)3yr.old, (1)6yr.old, (1)9yr.old, (2)12yr.olds, and (1)15yr.old. Everyone enjoyed all the amenities, but we were disappointed to find out that the arcade is not yet opened. Unfortunately, they don’t mention this anywhere and I didn’t find out until I asked upon arrival. The Kidsdom area es very small and indoors with no AC, not something I would recommend if your kiddos are not used to the humid and extreme heat. Other than that everything else was very nice and enjoyable. Shout out to Cynthia, the absolute best waitresses at the buffet! She is amazing, kind, friendly, fast, efficient and doesn’t forget a single thing. Pascual and Javier at the buffet are also great at the buffet. Can’t leave out chef Miguel, during the morning shift who makes the best red chilaquiles ever! Thank you for everything Paradisus Cancun! We will definitely be back soon!

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. Overall, the property was beautiful and very clean, and I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly. I especially wanted to mention that the Family Concierge service was completely worth it and made our stay most comfortable. Thank you Galdino! I do have a few small notes regarding the evening atmosphere. There was not much going on with the nightlife, as the DJ ended early, and we noticed the pool closed around 6:00 or 7:00 PM. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

We loved everything about Paradisus. Just the hotel itself designed like a Cenote, it really felt like if you were in a cenote. The pools, drinks at the pool so good, our own shady bed on the beach. Wow! Best room we have ever had in a hotel, ocean view, balconies. Couldn’t ask for more. Every one wad so helpful, especially our consierge Fernanda, she helped so much, the perfect personal assistant, she and everyone at the hotel made us feel so comfortable. We will come back for sure.

This was a last minute trip but we were pleasantly surprised! The facility was lovely, beach was amazing, and food was good…and we can be picky about food. Noticed there was inconsistency with staff communication…for example booked a massage with a staff member but when I went to the spa for my appointment they had no record of it. But overall we were very happy and so surprised we were actually able to swim at a Cancun beach! Will def be back!

We stayed at this hotel with our family for 5 days, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with plenty of great options every day. Room service was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our entire family had an amazing experience, and we would definitely come back. If I had to rate this hotel from 1 to 10, I would give it an 11! Highly recommended
