We had a wonderful time at the Paradisus Resort. We upgraded to the reserved when we arrived. The pool was very relaxing, drinks were good. I just wish they played a better variety of music at the pool it was mainly older 80s songs or music that only catered to 1 crowd. Nothing upbeat that made you want to get up and dance. The food was amazing 100/10 from room service to all the restaurants. Extremely flavorful and probably my highlight of the trip. I would stay here in the future!

10/10 experience here. I’ve stayed at many all inclusives and this one was the best by far. Great location. Swimmable beach, which is hard to find in Cabo. Jesus with the entertainment was amazing, also loved Angel- pool bar server. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the hibachi experience- it was my favorite of the trip. Sals steakhouse is also excellent. Very thankful for the complimentary upgrade to reserve! All staff were warm and welcoming. Just loved every bit of this trip and can’t wait to return!

100/10! Should be listed under Exceptional! Since before our arrival, the hotel had been in excellent communication. I booked a round trip shuttle to and from and it was smooth and reliable. We celebrated our anniversary as well as being newly engaged and the hotel staff made sure to make it memorable. We were offered a concierge, Karina, and she was fantastic. She booked our dinner reservations and kept in touch during our trip. The rooms were impeccable! The BEST housekeeping I’ve ever had at a resort (and I am well traveled). Now to the daily staff: Jesus does it all! The activities from Stretching to pool Zumba were a blast! Thomas at the pool made our cabana stays smooth! Sergio and Max kept the poolside drinks (water too) and food flowing! Elias at the pool bar was super friendly and fast! Our favorite waitress was Mayra at the Asian restaurant, she was the sweetest and super thoughtful and thorough with our service. Lastly, Fernando made checkout a breeze. I took the time to write this thoughtful review because I did not need to leave the resort to enjoy. We wanted a chill vacation and this exceeded our expectations. We relaxed, worked out at the nice gym, joined the plentiful activities and had a blast! THE FOOD IS 10/10! Best all inclusive food I’ve ever eaten!!! Delicious and fresh. We also did listen about the timeshare although we did not join - we enjoyed our discounted massages. If you’re an Expedia higher level member, ask about your resort credits!

Paradisus los cabos is a wonderful hotel. The entire staff is fantastic, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool with swim up bar is so fun, with daily activities hosted in the pool. There are lots of sun beds and pool towels, so you will always find a space to sit. The food is delicious and each of the restaurants provides a wide range of tasty options.

This property is absolutely amazing! It is huge! The resort is so clean. Staff always bustling around cleaning, lawn work, etc. the staff go out of their way to check on you and make sure you are enjoying your stay. The food was fantastic, Asian, Mexican, breakfast buffet, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and room service!!!! The pool is very big. A bar you can swim up to. The resort is on the beach. Just gorgeous. I highly recommend!!!!
