Really enjoyed the property. Clean with very friendly staff - concierge Ashley and Angel at the pool! Beach is small and water unusable most of our stay (May). The restaurants were OK. The menus were complex if you aren’t a foodie. Steak House was outrageously priced for a good steak. Food around the pool was great for lunch! Still loved the all-inclusive aspect! All in all we would go back.

Went on a baby moon with my partner and We had a great experience thanks to the concierge team, especially Adalberto and Miguel. Also, a big thank you to Max and Angel at the pool — all of them were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place! The food was great, the property was very clean, and the views were absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be returning !

i’ve stayed at bad all-inclusives before and almost never did it again due to bad food and cleanliness issues at other resorts in the past. THIS PLACE RESTORED MY FAITH. I 100% would come back. I’m writing this for other people who are like me who heavily rely on real reviews and are also extra cautious when it comes to food and cleanliness while on vacation. This place was amazing! Cleanliness was 10/10 the smallest details inside and outside the room were so clean it felt comfortable to actually sleep in the sheets and usually I’m weird and lay my own blankets over bed covers to sleep in hotels. I actually felt comfortable enough to enjoy the bed and it was also so comfy! Food was good for an all inclusive too- the coffee shop made great coffee! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will only come back here when in Cabo

Amazing resort. From the minute you entered the gorgeous open air lobby the staff was very welcoming. Your wish was their command. From the 7 restaurants, to every bar/lounge, and the two pools the service was overwhelming. The best we have ever experienced. We reserved a room with a swim up feature. My first ever experience. It was enjoyable. The grounds were well landscaped and maintained. I highly recommend this resort.

The staff are second to none. I wish I could have taken the time to record the name of every person I interacted with, but a few standouts: Roberto, my Reserve concierge; Carlos, the pool concierge; and another pool attendant, I believe his name was Enrique. Roberto brought me to my room, provided me with his personal cell number, maintained contact with me throughout my stay, and ensured my group and I had cabanas reserved at the pool. The staff made my stay five-star. My Reserve swim-up was clean, and I liked the private pool. I do wish the deck area of the swim-up suites were a little more private. The rooms are quiet, and I was never disturbed by other guests. The turndown service was something else I enjoyed, after a long day, coming back to my room having been tidied. I LOVED the beach cabanas - nothing like swimming in the Sea of Cortez. The concierge staff at the beach was also amazing. Some things that could have been better: I didn't care for most of the food. I came prepared to try new things, but I found 98% of the food lacking flavor and it appeared dry and mostly unappealing. I'm sure it's difficult to prepare the amount of food required for the resort, and it was not a deal breaker. The beach should be combed better - there are small strips of plastic everywhere, I assume from weddings, etc. held on the beach and the wildlife suffers because humans don't pick up their trash. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I would return to this resort.

I have stayed at several other Paradisus hotels and adore them. This one might have been the best, in large part due to the incredible staff. They were warm, helpful, and gracious. I would specifically mention several folks: Diego and Fernando at the front desk, waiters Juan Antonio and Emiliano, Kevin at the pool, Freddy the bellman, and Alan and Jesus in Activities. The resort is beautiful and the food excellent and wonderfully diverse. Cielo and Sante were my favorites for unique and well-prepared meals. Very well maintained grounds. What a treat to have the Nespresso cafe on site as well for grab-and-go! The only area of improvement might be the in-room Nespresso maker, which didn't work very well. But otherwise, the week I spent there exceeded my expectations!
