One reason we chose the hotel is because they offered airport transportation. This was so convenient and the communication was great. The people at the hotel, especially Marta, looked after us as if we were family. We felt safe and the location of the hotel was in walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're able to travel to CDMX. Muchísimas gracias

Excelente ubicación, la calle es tranquila y esta cerca de muchos restaurantes, el personal es muy atento y educado, la habitación cumple con lo que ofrece, el baño es muy amplio y limpio, el servicio de limpieza es confiable y eficaz. *No cuenta con AC pero el clima tanto de la zona como de la ciudad no lo ameritan ( a menos que provengas de un lugar muy frío, tenlo en cuenta) *las escaleras de acceso a la segunda planta son reducidas e incómodas para cargar el equipaje, al ser una casa que pasó a ser hotel se nota por el diseño de habitaciones y sobre todo en las escaleras, fueron echas para temas de diseño mas que de practicidad, es complicado el subir maletas sobre todo si son grandes. *El tema del acceso al hotel por medio de un timbre, como primer ingreso está ok, pero cuando sales y regresas tarde pese a que el personal es rápido y están atentos sin importar la hora, podría solventarse con un acceso por medio de las mismas llaves o chapas con código que hagan más fluido el entrar y salir del hotel. Aclaro, el personal es muy educado y atento pero este tema del acceso al menos ya registrado podría mejorarse dándole más libertad al huésped de entrada y salida al inmueble. Excelente opción de alojamiento, cumple con todo lo que ofrece en la descripción y a título personal no tuve detalle alguno en la habitación que me tocó, recomendable.

La habitación súper bonita cómoda, había agua caliente sin problema , la comida muy rica y la atención de todo el personal todo muy bien . Solo hubo un detalle que se escucha mucho los portazos de las otras habitaciones y la bomba del agua , fuera de ahí todo excelente !!!!!

The location of the hotel is very centrally located. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very walkable. The room was small but clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind—they were wonderful. The Continental breakfast was generous and appreciated. If you have mobility issues, be aware they do not have an elevator. My husband found the bed in our room (Nápoles) to be too firm for him, which I was surprised about, as I found it okay. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

The room was nice and clean, the water was gloriously hot, the front desk staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. All staff was friendly and courteous. Exceptional was that there is someone on duty 24/7, and the gate is secure and locked at all times. Someone lets you in, there is no key for the front gate, so it felt super safe. The only "bad" thing i have to say, and it's just a suggestion for safety, is the tiles in the shower are dangerously slippery when wet. I would suggest putting down something more for grip. But that's the only negative thing. I think it was great value and well worth it. Would gladly stay here again!
