We stayed several days in this lovely hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had one of the best showers I've had in Mexico. The staff were very nice and helpful; when we asked for an extra blanket and a hair drier they provided both in no time. The cleanliness standards are superb and every day they left us toiletries, tissues, juice and water. They also arranged our tour to the Canyon del Sumidero and helped my partner when he needed to print and scan a document. I would not hesitate to recommend this friendly hotel.

Accueil très chaleureux. Personnel charmant et dispo. Hôtel coquet. Petit déj inclus très raisonnable. Un petit coup de cœur pour cet établissement familiale. Le quartier est certes un peu excentré mais pas si loin que ça du zocalo, à pieds ou même via un collectivo qui passe juste devant l'hôtel pour à peine 6 pesos. Autre avantage, de ce lieu, c'est qu'il vous permet de voir des quartiers que vous n'auriez sans doute pas visités si vous optiez pour un hôtel proche du centre. À recommander donc!

Hotel, pequeño y modesto, pero con excelentes instalaciones y un personal inmejorable, cómodo, tranquilo y bello. Con uno que otro pequeño detalle, pero eso pasa desapercibido, sin más que decir, altamente recomendable.

El recibimiento, la recomendación de instalaciones y zonas turísticas, así como la ubicación del hotel dentro de san Cristóbal de las Casas por parte del encargado fue excelente, el personal en turno atento y dispuesto a proporcionar y facilitar los servicios necesarios para nuestra estancia, con la comodidad de la habitación y los servicios de baño limpios asi como mantuvieron un orden y respeto en la habitación proporcionada, y personal atento, responsable y servicial

Muy buena. Lo único es el estacionamiento solo caben 2carros,tuvimos suerte q no hubo mucha gente prq si no quedamos fuera.pero lo demás muy bien,toda la ropa de cama y baños muy limpio . La ubicación un poco retirado pero si traes auto excelente.

This is a gem. the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I felt bad because I got in so late at night, but it was not a problem. it's an interesting hotel, was relaxing and quiet, and I hope to return one day when I'm in San Ctristobal. enjoy!!

the hotel is on a busy road so quite noisy during the day (from 6 am). Our room was next to the patio. No windows to be opened to fresh air which made the climate in the room not very nice. The whole day was music in the patio, not very much to our taste. Boring psycadellic music in the morning and not so nice pop music at night. the first night we asked to turn the music of, but the next two nights the same kind of music was still turned on. The watervin the shower does not run away fast enough, so your feet are bathing in dirty water. There is a lamp near the bed, but does not work. So why put it there?

Es un hotel que me pareció agradable para descansar luego de andar fuera todo el día. No hay mucho ruido y las camas son cómodas para dormir. Sin embargo, creo que su oferta de alimentos podría ser mejor y a mejores precios.
