Staying at this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. The staff were the best. They were kind and helpful and fun to spend time with. They were helpful to book experiences and offer recommendations for dining. The food at the hotel was amazing. They have wonderful cooks who always went the extra mile to make each meal perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the hotel is arranged so you spend most of your time by the pool or sitting around the bar or eating area. You do hear barking dogs and roosters but you are in a neighborhood and it’s Mexico. There is a bar that plays loud music but it is not every night and it stops at 11pm. Those things did not bother us. We loved being within walking distance to the beach and the La Punta neighborhood I would stay there again!!

Wonderful staff. Loved the apartment with the outdoor kitchen and private garden. We were there for 2 weeks. Good location. Quiet at night. Close to restaurants and bars at la Punta. Highly recommend.

Fue increíble! El hotel es hermoso, cada rincón que tiene es hermoso, instagrameable y super cómodo, zicatela tiene magia y este hotel es el complemento perfecto, para empezar desde que llegamos no fue un proceso tedioso de check in como en otros hoteles, tuvimos la fortuna de conocer a Paola, quien nos recibió con excelente atención y super buena vibra, nos llevó a la habitación y nos dejó ponernos cómodos para bajar y esperarnos con un delicioso cóctel de autor 10/10, nos recomendó varios lugares a los que por supuesto fuimos y si todo increíble, también conocimos a Sebastián otro chico increíble, súper amable y que también nos recomendó muchos lugares deliciosos, los desayunos ufff súper ricos, sin dudarlo cuando regresé me voy a volver a hospedar en este lugar, lo amamos!!!

One helpful idea ( since your restaurant/pool has sand ground) would be a pan of water at the bottom of the steps so we don’t track sand into your lovely rooms.
