The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and professional. The location of this hotel is very central on Tanjungatla, it is great for business and family vacations.

For business, I went to Mexico City, and my colleagues took care of my lodging requirements. They got me up here. First of all, the greeting was excellent, the receptionist was very helpful, and the lobby was welcoming and clean. My room was very large, with floor to ceiling windows, and it was also very clean. The problem I had was that the air conditioner wasnt working, and after several phone calls, I discovered that they had turned off all the AC units. Even after they were turned back on, the room wasn't cooling, so maintenance was dispatched to fix it. It still wasn't chilly, but it was at least bearable. That was really frustrating. The guests can't use ice machines, so they must take their ice bucket down to the bar to get ice for your room. The restaurant offered good prices and a great variety of meals. Room service was swift to deliver. Breakfast was fairly varied, but there was one special day. limited selection and some horrible corn. The wait staff wasn't the most attentive, but overall, it wasn't too unbearable. I'm not sure if I would suggest this hotel for a prolonged stay, but it's fine for a quick business trip.

My office took care of my lodging needs while I traveled to Mexico City on business. They put me up here. Initial greeting was excellent, receptionist was really helpful, and lobby was welcoming and clean. My room was very spacious, with floor to ceiling windows, and it was also really clean. When I had an issue, the air conditioning wasn't working, after several calls, I discovered that all the ac units were off. Once they were turned back on, the room wasn't cooling, so maintenance was called to fix it. Still, it didn't cool well, but it was at least bearable. That was really frustrating. No ice machines are available to guests, so you must bring your ice bucket down to the bar to have ice in your room. The restaurant had excellent pricing and a nice selection of foods. Their room service arrived quickly. They had a fairly diverse breakfast buffet, but there was one occasion. limited choice and some terrible corn. The wait staff wasn't the most attentive, but overall, it wasn't a disaster. Although I wouldn't suggest this hotel for a long stay, it's fine for a brief business trip.

This hotel has friendly desk staff who give good service and speak English well. The restaurant staff are a bit slow with limited English, but still pretty good. The hotel is a solid business hotel, but nothing special. The rooms are good sized and have nice finishes, but could be a bit cleaner. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of traditional Mexican breakfast fare and dinner options also have nice variety and are prepared fairly well. The breakfast buffet has nice variety and is well prepared. There is a kiosk serving starbucks coffee, small snacks, and drinks. The rooms could use some more soundproofing. I have stayed on both sides of the hotel and it is very noisy. I am also not sure if walking around the area is particularly safe, especially at night.

Although a reliable hotel for business travelers, it is nothing special. The restaurant staff is a touch slow and has limited English, but they're still very good. The rooms are good sized and come with nice finishes, but could use a bit of cleaning. The breakfast buffet includes a nice selection of traditional Mexican breakfast entrées, as well as the evening options that have good variety and are prepared fairly well. A kiosk provides Starbucks coffee, small snacks, and drinks. The rooms could use some more soundproofing. I have stayed on both sides of the hotel, and it is very loud. I'm also unsure if walking around the area is especially safe, particularly at night.

I really came back. Staff were very friendly and professional. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Very good service from all the staff, the location is in the center of Lane Pantla, perfect for a family vacation or business trip.
