At first we were given a floor level room. We requested a balcony Delux. The latch to lock the door was broken and the poolside patio door would not lock. Our Security safe also didn’t work. We requested an another room and were promptly moved. Front desk was helpful in calling taxi for us. Making change throughout the stay. And helping to book the correct restaurants. It can get tricky. We saw a sea turtle laying their eggs on the beach. Pool was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The food was great and entertainment kept us dancing. Use the calendar they provide you to map out your dinners and entertainment. Times and open/close change. Pool is open until 7pm. Had to time dinners correctly for pool time.

I love how family friendly this hotel was. Since the moment we arrived everyone was very welcoming, from front desk service with Alejandra answering all my questions, Diego with the tour bookings, to the bartenders in the pool which Alejandro was great in remembering my drinks through my stay. Also the photographer Mitzi all staff and entertainment was on point. Definitely will be back.

Very impressed with the quality at Royal Solaris. Clean rooms, great water flow in shower, ocean view with a hot tub on balcony made sunsets spectacular. Steps away from the beach & 3 really nice pools with surrounding bars for endless drinks. The entertainment shows, gym, waterslides, were all fantastic as well. Really enjoyed those. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Was nice to have some peace & quiet away from the party scene of the Marina. The food was great, loved the buffet and 3 restaurants to choose from… menus changing daily was also a nice touch. Hazel at the front desk was so accommodating, professional and kind. She helped me every time i needed it with pleasure. Gold star for her. I would say my only criticism was the mark up @ the shops. Just come prepared with extra sun block etc as I paid $35 US for a small bottle & $10 for a red bull… that’s diabolical. Don’t let that stop you from booking this place! It’s fantastic & the location is prime

Royal Solaris review 2026 We had a wonderful family vacation at Royal Solaris Los Cabos and really enjoyed our stay. The resort is a great size, everything is conveniently close together, so there isn’t a lot of walking required, and the beach is just a short stroll from anywhere on the property. Our room was cleaned quite well every day, and we appreciated coming back to a fresh room after spending time at the pool and beach. The à la carte restaurants were very good. While we were initially limited to three reservations during our stay, we found that we were able to book additional visits directly at the restaurants, which was a nice bonus. There were different menu items at the à la cart restaurants depending on the day, which also gave a good variety. Our kids had an amazing time throughout the week. They loved the kids’ water slide area, the Kids Club, and especially the games room. The entertainment staff truly made our vacation memorable. Ramon provided excellent service around the pool, Caesar was fantastic with the kids at the Kids Club, and Daniel was always friendly and engaging… and Luna was awesome! A very special thank you goes to Luna, who worked throughout the games room, pool, and entertainment areas. Luna was absolutely outstanding with our children. They really bonded with him over the course of the week, and he always made them feel included, welcomed, and excited to participate in activities. Tuvimos una buena experiencia en nuestra estancia de 7 dias, algunas cosas que pudieran ser mejores eran los horarios de comida (los niños se duermen y no ayuda en poder asistir en las ventanas de tiempo estipuladas), el horario de la alberca para niños cierra a las 5 pm, a esa hora apenas va bajando el sol, y en la habitacion el drenaje olia considerablemente fuerte en ocasiones, volveriamos sin duda solo algunos puntos que los podria hacer aun mejor.

Great hotel! Very friendly staff. Awesome food! I loved that after checking out they allowed us stay for the rest of the day in the hotel and use their services until our afternoon flight time came closer. That was very nice of them. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We have stayed before at other hotels in other places and they will ask us to leave immediately at check out or pay additional for staying longer or for the remaining hours of the day.
