The workers by the pool especially Juan, Sandy and Gustavo were excellent they were very helpful my housekeeper was excellent keep room clean and well stocked with everything. The workers at the Mexican restaurant and Japanese restaurant were also excellent workers. But the people at the buffet not too good and also the food not too great. Other than that everything was good and the check in and check out was very fast . I like the hotel but the beach not great at all

We stayed at this hotel with our family from July 7 to July 14—two adults and three children—and we absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful, with a huge, well-maintained property. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was amazing—delicious, fresh, and very diverse, with plenty of choices for everyone. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping always cleaned them regularly and on time. The ocean had a lot of seaweed during our stay in July, but it did not bother us because we spent most of our time by the pools. The biggest highlight for our children was the huge water park. They practically never wanted to leave! The slides were incredible and very unusual—we had never seen anything like them at other water parks. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. Everything was excellent: the food, service, cleanliness, beautiful grounds, pools, and entertainment for children. We would happily return and definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation!

The breakfast staff needs help. 3 out of the 7 days we had to get our own drinks because the waiters never came around. The food trucks at lunch time need more help. Those 2 lines were ALWAYS ridiculous! Dinners where great the service and food where 10 out of 10! From a family that has traveled and stayed at many resorts you need music at the pool and more activities. And the Michael Jackson show was the best show of all the nights !

Mario and Maria with the Expedia team really made our stay special! They provided exceptional butler service, texted us every day with the daily schedule and to check if we needed anything, booked our dinner reservations for the week, and provided information about excursions and transportation to the airport. The resort is beautiful with several pools, fun daily activities, a large lazy river that goes through caves and tunnels, beach volleyball, two water parks, and evening shows. There is also a small indoor arcade, bowling, jumpy area, and lazer tag for an added charge. Truly something for everyone to enjoy! There is a large variety of restaurants including a Brazilian Steak House, Teppanaki, Hunter’s SteakHouse, Mexican, Italian, Indian, and the Cave Restaurant which has a dinner show once a week, however there is an up charge if you want their better quality steaks or a lobster tail. The Buffet also is a great option for breakfast and lunch. There was never a long line and they had a great variety to choose from including made to order omelets and pasta station. They also had a few food trucks, a wood fired pizza area, and pool bars. The beach was ok but we spent most of our time enjoying the pools and lazy river. Overall a really fantastic resort for families!
