From the time we arrived every one was friendly and extremely helpful. We just didn’t like the constant pressure on going to this presentation. Everything else was fun, the food was very good. Again what made it wonderful were the hard working staff!! We will definitely be going again.

El personal es muy atento , el hotel está limpio y la comida es rica yo tengo restricciones alimentarias y me preparaban la comida como se las pedida y siempre fueron muy atentos y cuidaron de mi alimentación . En general una estancia muy placentera solo el hotel está un poco viejo y le falta mantenimiento

The entire staff at Sandos couldn’t be more pleasant, helpful and genuinely happy to assist us in any way! The room was big, stocked with water, soda, beer etc and it was cleaned daily.

We loved our spacious room upgrade. The staff everywhere were exceptional and authentic. They are what made our stay at Santos great. The food was very good. The nightly selections (recipe-wise) could have been more diverse flavor-wise. The “beef” option was pot roast. Same gravy. It was excellent pot roast just like my mom would make. But I was hoping for a steak. I was offered a New York steak which I ordered cooked how I prefer and out came the same pot roast. The Mahi Mahi, pork and chicken were very good. Buffet had a large selection f options. As for the property, it was clean but needs to be fixed up a bit. Patches can be seen with paint splattered and you could see it dripped when drying. The doors to the bedroom are in bad shape and need refurbishing. The pool is scrubbed daily and clean and the water is soft. Three beautiful the mattress was really good and pillows too. Overall it is 4 star with 5 star staff. It is in need of cosmetic repairs but these repairs are not obvious. I am the type of person that would notice these things. In the end I happy I chose to stay at Santos.

Staff was amazing, front desk clerk, Angel, and Guest Relations Manager, Josette, helped resolve an issue that was my fault. Everyone worked with Hotels.com to resolve the problem in minutes. The staff was attentive the entire time. This included entertainment staff, waiters, bartenders, maintenance. All friendly and made us feel welcome and appreciated. The property is showing its age. Some of the blue tiles around the pool are a little faded, the high traffic areas in the pool area have shown some wear. With that said, it was very well maintained and staff was there every morning tending to the beach and pool areas. Amazing beach. I have stayed at some properties with a rocky beach. Sandos had a clean beach and we used it daily. It was also well cared for. There are 3 pools in very close proximity. One pool has a hot tub, one seems to be primarily for games and activities with a DJ by this pool from morning until about 4pm. The downside of the trip was the food. There are 5 main restaurants on site. Food options were relatively limited and most didn't feel like they used good quality ingredients. Mixed drinks were also kind of blah. St. Trop by the pools did have the best margaritas. Dos Equis draft seemed to be the only beer option at the bars. Gift shop was terribly over-priced. I paid $28USD for 8 Advil. We did not feel any pressure from the time share salesmen or tour sales staff and were never approached. Overall, positive experience.

Sandos Cancún was a strong resort-first trip. The location is the biggest win. The property sits right on a beautiful stretch of beach, with easy access to the ocean, pool, cabanas, restaurants, and common areas. A+ to the entertainment team. They worked hard every day to keep the energy high and guests entertained. The pool area had music, activities, and a fun atmosphere without feeling out of control. The beach views were excellent, and the oceanfront setup carried the trip. The common areas were clean and polished, and the adults-only feel made it relaxed without being boring. The room was solid and comfortable. The split AC units kept the room ice cold, which matters in Cancún. Service was generally good, though a few communication details could have been tighter. Food and drinks were good overall for an all-inclusive resort. Best fit: couples or adults looking for a low-friction Cancún trip centered around pool, beach, dinner, entertainment, and relaxation. I would return, especially for the location, oceanfront setup, cold rooms, and entertainment team.

Everything was excellent. The staff was gorgeous. People are friendly a lot of fun. Just make sure that you make a reservation in the Chinese restaurant. That was the only fault I didn’t go to see it.
