I was able to write this review short because it is a trip to Secrets Animal. We adore Secrets Aroma and regularly stay there. So when I wrote this review, I couldn't help but compare the two. Overall, I believe that if secrets animal was our first allinclusive resort, I would end up raving about the location. Sadly, to compare secrets aroma to.. I had to place animal slightly below what I perceive as aroma. It's not that secrets animal is bad, just that a few things here and there didn't quite stand up to everything we get in secrets aroma. We had a favorite club ocean view room. The ocean view was nowhere near as fantastic as it was in contrast to aroma because the ocean view was mostly obscured by trees. But at smell, this is different. The animal's preferred club lounge, though, is more welcoming than scent. The food at animal was excellent, but once more. We thought that the food at aroma was a little better. Secrets animal appears a little larger than secrets aroma, which isn't a big deal, but as others have said. There is a little better signage, I think. Overall, I enjoyed my time and would return but would unquestionably pick secrets aroma first. Another tip. The mosquitoes at this resort are on par. They will choke you down. I say this because

The personnel here is spectacular, and the room, restaurants, tropical scenery, pools, bars, element show, beach, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and stunning clear ocean when it was calm are all wonderful features of this stunning resort. I want to express my sincere gratitude and gratitude to Tom and Margarita at the Market Cafe for making our 10-day stay at this fabulous resort wonderful, plus the other staff members that my husband and I had the privilege to meet, such as Juan, Regina, Dario, Flip, Michelle, Daniele, Victor, Yasmin, Edwin, Philippe, and Guadlupita, for all of whom we will always treasure.

While I walked through the front desk and visited the front desk, no one could assist us. I wasnt doing well at the time the resort was so gorgeous. The tropical gardens, art, and furniture instantly relieved the tension of traveling, and I was ready to unwind and enjoy my vacation. We were welcomed and led to our preferred lounge by the personnel for a drink and apps while we checked in. After a strenuous day of travel, we made the decision to pick up a new start. We had a wonderful start to our 5-day stay without soaking the bathroom with water and insects that had been lodged in the drain as it was draining! After running the water for 30 seconds, I noticed that it was slowly draining. After a while, water started to pool and leak out of the shower onto the floor, so I opted to skip washing my hair and promptly ended my shower to call the front desk. On Day 1, after two failed attempts to fix the shower, we were informed that we would be moved to another room. There were new rooms on the site, but no one helped us for days. We attempted to take quick showers and tipped the maids well for having to clean up so much water and bugs that spilled out of the drain, which was cruel. We tried to make the best of it but when we left the room, I tried to avoid being seen.

Weve been to Secrets Animal twice, and we enjoy the location and the room. The path leading to a wonderful garden is incredible, the pools, the beach, and the water are outstanding. Furthermore, the resort's personnel is charming and exceptionally helpful, and the restaurants are excellent. A special thanks to Marisol, eddie, and their colleagues from the ocean restaurant, maria and gabriel from the market cafe, veronica our concierge, Victor, Met, and Dian from the entertainment crew. They made our stay exceptional! We heartily endorse Secrets Animal.
