Yes, you can find much prettier beaches that don’t have Cozumel out on the horizon! That is the ONLY “complaint” about this place. Phenomenal doesn’t begin to describe the 5 nights my wife and stayed there for our anniversary. Premium liquor (the Don Julio’s is never ending), top shelf food (presentation, portion, and quality), the views and location are incredible! The property is meticulously maintained… the noisiest time is just after sunrise when they are taking the beaches and trimming the… everything. It is so lush with greenery, palms and flowers. The pools, private nooks, hideaways and cenotes are plentiful and we always found a private (ish) sunny spot to lounge and get wet. And someone smiling and helpful always found us to offer another drink as our last one was being finished. Ahhh. Breakfast at the Observatory is a MUST! Breathtaking. The rooms (we had a Club Preferred Ocean Front suite) are incredible, well appointed, and the beds are amazing. The staff… over the top friendly and helpful. Genuine smiles and felt like they were truly happy we stayed with them. All of the restaurants, theater, speakeasy, bars, and the SPA!!! All amazing, all highly, highly recommended. This is how all-inclusive is supposed to be done!!!!

This place is amazing! Wonderful property. I thought the food was outstanding (with the exception of the flank steak and the octopus which I knew would be risky). The Italian restaurant was actually the big surprise where the Lasagna (another guest recommended) was out of this world. And I’m from Philly, so I know good lasagna. Lots of great choices for areas to hang out during the day. Live music was excellent! Spa was life changing (did couples massage). Rooms were comfortable and clean. We were a “preferred” guest and had access to the rooftop pool and bar. Worth every penny. The resort overall was worth the money which o thought was reasonable. I will 100% be back. One gripe, which was not a big deal for me, was that the walking surface was a bit uneven. If you are elderly or have trouble walking, probably good to know. Wouldn’t base your decision on that statement, just an FYI. Like I said, I will 100% be back.

Very nice resort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. The only thing we did not like was almost everyday there were areas around the pools they would close for “private events.” It was not a problem when we got there but as the week went on and the resort got busier if you did not go claim a spot by 8am you weren’t getting a chair and when they closed parts of those areas down it was even harder to find a spot. Having a separate designated “event area” would be ideal. The resort itself is a lot pricier than others and to not have access to all the pools and areas all the time is frustrating for what you pay. Other than that we did love everything else about it.
