Food was all pretty good and tasty. We tried all the restaurants and they were great! We had the Preferred club status and our butler Bruce was awesome in all his communications daily and anything you need! The preferred club bar area is a nice touch to relax in. All the staff really goes out of their way to be pleasant and helpful and really seem to want to make your stay the best while you are there. The housekeeping is there a couple times a day if you want to keep everything clean and stocked, but if you want to have privacy, they will respect that as well. The entertainment team was great! The nightly shows like the rock night and the boy band night were all done great and the band was excellent in the piano bar!! The AC in the rooms was great! We've stayed at too many other resorts there where the AC was just barely adequate but couldn't get any cooler when you want it to be relieved of the July heat and humidity, but it definitely isn't lacking at all here. Pools are great and activities are fun! This is the place to go for a nice relaxing luxury resort and not have to worry about it being a crazy party place but the fun and entertainment was all just right!

The view from the rooms are absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They let us know of day to day events happening in the resort, as well as how to get around Cancun. Our concierge, Oscar, was the absolute best!

Best all-inclusive we’ve stayed at. Rooms were big and the balcony (plus view) spectacular. Food was probably the highlight of the property. All high-quality and tasty. Same for the drinks. More of a laidback property - not a super loud party - which is what we were after. Would stay again!

Secrets The Vine Cancun was absolutely perfect for our anniversary! From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxing, welcoming, and just easy. The staff was fantastic across the board—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help without making anything feel forced. This is definitely the resort you come to when you want to relax, enjoy good drinks, have great conversations, and spend quality time with your partner. It is not really a party resort, but that was honestly perfect for us. The crowd is more of the “younger older” crowd—think around 33 and up. You probably will not see many people in the 21–28 age range, so keep that in mind depending on the type of vacation you are looking for. For couples, anniversaries, or anyone who just wants to unwind, it is an amazing choice. Now the room?! We stayed in the Junior Suite with an ocean view, and it was TO DIE FOR. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable, but the balcony and the view really took it to another level. Waking up and looking out at the ocean every morning was unreal. The views alone made the trip feel extra special. Room service was also complimentary and usually took around 30–45 minutes from the time we placed the order, which was not bad at all. The minibar and mini fridge in the room were included as well and were restocked, which was definitely a nice touch. Overall, we had a PHENOMENAL time. Everything about the resort helped make our anniversary feel special

We had an amazing beach view from our balcony. The staff was very accommodating and the place was super clean. We had an awesome Butler named Bruce and he was very personable and helpful throughout the entire week. All the poolside staff were very helpful as well, and they were nice activities and the restaurants we were able to visit on site had excellent food. We enjoyed room service several times which was really fun and easily customizable. I can't wait to go back.
