We did a week-long vacation for my 50th birthday. This property was about 20 minutes away from Cancun. We were lucky because occupancy was low, so we had great service and lines were not long at all. We reserved an Amber room which included butler services and a great view of the ocean. The Butler team of Cesar, Lupita, Gabriela, & Sandy helped us make the restaurant reservations. Another perk was access to Elite Adults Only Amber Lounge with premium drinks/appetizers and great ocean view. Daily entertainment and pool activities were available. The bartenders and wait staff were extremely friendly and eager to serve. There was a total of 6 restaurants open and available: Buffet, Steakhouse, Italian, Mexican, Pool Bar/Snacks with had delicious fish tacos and grilled items, & Tea House for coffee, pastries, and paninis. Galerie des Sens was closed the whole week. The attached beach had significant amount of Sargassum no matter how much the crew try to clear it. We did make a day trip to Isla Mujares to enjoy the beautiful beaches and explore in a golf cart. The road leading to the resort was damaged by the Service trucks and Guest buses that goes through there. All the resorts or government need to come together and repair that small patch of roads and Speed bumps. Highly recommend!

I loved EVERYTHING about Sensira Resort. Our butler Gabriela was amazing!! She made our stay memorable. The security department was also fantastic. Many thanks to Diego Francisco. He took great care of us. The Rodeo restaurant was fantastic as well...the infinity pool, the mattress was super comfy. The housekeeping was top notch. I can't praise the Sensira family enough. The buffet was incredible!! My family and I had an amazing time. My wife is already looking to return to Sensira Resort in the winter. It is a well managed and customer focused Resort. I am really glad we chose Sensira Resort. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

La propiedad reúne los ingredientes para una fantástica estancia. Sus trabajadores son bien atentos y preocupados. Creo que pueden mejorar un poco más las opciones recreativas y el sargazo en la playa que jamás nos permitió bañarnos. También en restaurante bufet podría mejorar los surtido de carne y pescado, considerando todo el mar que tiene el hotel a su alrededor. No obstante a ello, volvería sin lugar a dudas!!!!!

We love the hotel, all the activities for kids , how clean and well maintained things are . Drinks wasn’t standard . Every bar , every bartender made drinks taste diferente . That was the only thing wee didn’t like it ! It wasn’t a big deal thou !

Our stay at Sensira was an excellent experience from start to finish! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was delicious with plenty of options, the pools were amazing, and there were so many activities to keep everyone entertained. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, making it easy to relax after a fun-filled day. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and created memories we’ll never forget. We would definitely recommend Sensira to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the family friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean. Robes and slippers were provided for our stay. The staff provided top-notch customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My son lost his stuffy while there and a female concierge staff member went out of her way to locate it for us. My husband got sick on our last day there and the staff went out of their way to help him. The pools were nice. They had a zip line for the kids. Parents were able to drop off the kids at the adventure club if they needed a couple of hours to themselves. The adventure club had fun activities for the kids. The schedule was different every day. The specialty restaurants were good. The buffet for breakfast was also good however, I did not like the options available for the buffet at lunch. During our 7 day stay, the buffet was only open once for dinner. The alcoholic drinks were authentic and not watered down. The rooms had a mini bar with water, soft drinks, and beer. Room service was available for only 200 pesos per order but you were allowed to order an unlimited amount of food for each order. Overall I would recommend this family resort if you have small children.

Excelente hotel, muy bonito, moderno, es un hotel pequeño comparado con otros pero eso es mejor, muchas atracciones para todas las edades, hay un área solo para adultos, muchas áreas de niños, es un hotel muy familiar, nos encantó. La atención de toda la gente excelente, desde Diego el maletero, Samuel en el área de la piscina y restaurante, Ada en el restaurante también, la gente que está en las atracciones de niños son amables, hubo uno como capitán de meseros no recuerdo el nombre pero atendió a mis hijos súper bien!! La señora Ana en el restaurante Tentazione, otro mesero en Rodeo, todo el personal excelente!! El servicio de mayordomía Lupita y César fueron los que conocí pero Gabriela pendiente también nos hizo la reservación para el restaurante. Inclusive Andre el Gerente del hotel siempre pendiente. La bienvenida que tuvimos en el cuarto y los detalles, nunca la había tenido en ningún hotel, no sé si fue por Expedia o a todos el hotel lo hace con todos. Nos encantó el hotel, vale la pena y si volveríamos a ir. Cancún vale la pena ir por la experiencia y la atracción en el hotel, ya no por la playa por el Sargaso lastimosamente.

I highly recommend this hotel my stay was excellent. Everything was very well organized, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive especially Lupita, Cesar, Gabriela, and Tony (the bellhop). The food was delicious, and they were always helpful the room was cleaned and restocked daily It was everything we needed for a perfect stay, They take care your children while you enjoy yourself on the kids clubs and they keeping you updated on how the kids are doing by sending photos to your WhatsApp I’ll be back soon, keep up the great work, everyone!
