While traveling through Mexico, we spent two nights at the villahermosa sleep-inn as our home base. It is close to the facilities and is tidy, contemporary, and reasonably priced. You won't find anything better here for your money if you're planning a stay. Definitely recommended.

This might not be for you if you enjoy charm and history because this is an up-to-date, chaotic operation. In my opinion, they performed well enough to deserve an excellent. The staff was really helpful and pleasant, and they went above and beyond to satisfy me. If you enjoy history and charm, this may not be for you as it is a brand-new, modern operation. Although they had a little bit of professionalism and refinement, they made up for it in joy. The breakfast area and lobby were both incredibly uninspired and devoid of charm. The accommodation had most everything you could possibly need, and it was fashionable and modern. Because it was placed on the floor in the closet, I found the room safe to be unclean and rather inconvenient. There was a rather strange placement. I was greatly relieved and ecstatic by one more thing the staff went above and beyond my expectations. I told the desk clerk I would need to locate an early morning taxi and inquire if that would be problematic when I came into the lobby to check out. A clerk observed a man sitting at a table and assured me that that it was my driver. In addition, a very competent driver was a nice vehicle that was kind enough to pay me a lower cost than I had spent the previous day for a taxi the previous day. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are lovely and spacious. Due to insufficient internet, there was some confusion about the refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, we had to leave the hotel shortly after checking in. The manager was extremely helpful and competent! When he couldn't work around the issues for us, he promptly reimbursed our money. Once the internet problem was resolved, I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value!.

This place is not recommended. This hotel is not recommended. The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there was no hot water and we had to call three times and wait about two hours to be able to shower. There is a shady bar on the back street and the music is terrible and loud, so we couldn't sleep well. Parking is underground, so parking is ridiculously difficult, but it is locked and safe. There is a convenience shop in the corner, which is good but we will not return to this hotel.
