I enjoyed my stay here, I really liked the separate living and sleeping space. Two big tes, basic cooking equipment, large windows but no air conditioning. My trip was not particularly hot, but I could see the afternoon sun sweltering the room with the large windows. The rooms are very clean, the beds could be a bit more comfortable, but I would stay here again. I tried to stay here several times, once they oversell the hotel and put us in the suite giorgio, which is similar to this hotel.

It was anticipated to be a cozy location. It wasn't quite so much. The location has a lot of good things to offer, but it takes some time to repair it. First, we were unable to use one of the rooms because it was locked. That took a long time to solve. The safe was locked, so that took another long time. The drapes hanging on the ends prevent light from entering. The bedrooms carpet is filthy and bad. It would be preferable if they took them out and painted the floor. The doors were painted and basic repairs needed. One of the couches' arms were broken and the other was damaged. There isn't a bedside lamp in one of the rooms. Only the bright overhead ceiling lights. I requested a lamp, but I didn't find one. Unless you stand in the entranceway, the wifi was unusable. One of the shower handle fell out and had low pressure. The cleaning crews were excellent and helpful. The firm bed was lovely. The linens were good. Although the location is excellent, I would look for another location the following time.

Attended the 2-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Three cars and kitchen-living area. After most of my hardness, the bed was pretty good. Carpet in bedrooms needs to be cleaned or replaced, other rooms have good tiles, excellent tile work in the bathroom with no places to hang towels or towels. The front desk needs better customer service skills to deal with customers. Excellent location right next to the US Embassy, Angel del independence, and Zone Rosa, which is not as nice as it used to be. There are numerous restaurants close by.
