If you compare to the resorts in Mayan Rivera or Cancan, the resort is extremely small. It has just one small building and swimming pool. I would give the following stars hotels and apartments. 5 star cuisine. 5 star chicken menus. Mostly pork and beef service. The staff was amazing on the beach. 2 drinks.

We almost canceled because we had read the dreadful reviews from November. Although English is unquestionably the second language, the staff is incredibly cordial. We were sorry we didn't learn Spanish more, but we made it through. The couch-covered couch-in-the-bedroom arrangement was wonderful, though why do hotels always have double beds? We were able to work with a Yo and Yo. Breakfast was excellent, especially the cuisine. Lots of familiar favorites, as well as a wonderful selection of delectable, fresh Mexican cuisine such as quesadillas with the tortilla shell cooked fresh for you. We were incredibly secure in the resort and on our way to the mall next door. The airport was only 15 minutes distant and downtown Philadelphia was 15 minutes away. What a relief that we couldnt use the wifi at all! We spent a week without phones. Our teenage daughter wouldnt admit it, but she did love it. Leider, the hotel provided a or code with menus and daily happenings, but there were enough data illustrating the events going on around the resort that we had no trouble figuring it out. The hotel is a little run-down, but since the Watt recently took over, I anticipate rents. We didn't mind at all. Our week was just what we required to unwind after a busy 2022

This is the third seashore resort weve visited, and this one is by far the best. I was concerned because of the reviews, but the only thing I found to be true was the lack of wifi. But on vacation, I wasn't using it too much, and my cell service switched to tell which route carried us. The resort is in a good location, close to the airport and other attractions. The food was among the best resort fare we've ever had. Good options for kids who have picky palates, but also great traditional Mexican fare. Including fresh salsa made to order at tiki taco. The staff were all very friendly, particularly if you spoke Spanish to them. I appreciated the Mexican families staying here. The beach was nice, and the staff made sure to obtain your drink orders. My kids liked the children's pool but preferred the beach because we don't see it often. The room was smaller than anticipated, but that wasn't a problem for us. Everything was spotless and well-kept. We didn't take part in their nighttime activities because we were also exhausted, but they sounded fun. Would highly recommend to those traveling with kids!.

The entertainment crew was incredible, Salsa, Marco, Jeremah, and Danny are all upbeat, fun, and enthusiastic. They went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable and unforgettable. They are excellent at keeping our busy and athletic boys comfortable. My boys would wake up every morning and look for saliva, Jeremah, and Marco. With the entertainment crew, bar employees, and many servers, they all developed a wonderful close ties, and my boys were made to feel quite special and at home. There were two issues here. The management team was fantastic and supported us in getting the issues resolved when we spoke with the resort, which made our visit even more pleasant. The resort's stations and venues are simple to locate. immaculate and tidy. truly outstanding!.
