Property was meticulously kept. Entire staff was top notch. This is our third time here. The food was excellent. Drinks were great and poured well. Entertainment and theme nights were sexier than previous trips. Roof top pool was quiet and the food up there was great. Like I said before the entire staff, waiters, bartenders, cleaners, maids, onsite construction workers were top notch. Best time at a club ever. Will be taking the cruise this fall and will definitely be back soon. Thanks for a wonderful week. Keep up the excellent work.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was amazing. They are a tad overbearing with the time share they try to sell.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I had a great time at Temptation Cancun! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive—they really made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The resort was also spotless. The grounds, rooms, and common areas were consistently clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is definitely geared toward adults looking for a fun, mature, and liberating vacation. The energy is lively, respectful, and unlike a typical all-inclusive resort, which made for a unique and memorable experience. The only downside was the food. While there were several dining options, the overall selection felt limited, and the quality was just average. Compared to everything else the resort does so well, the food was a bit disappointing and could definitely use some improvement. Shout out to…Waiters Carlos and Gustavo amazing and super accommodating!!!!!!! Overall, if you’re looking for a clean resort with amazing staff and an exciting adults-only atmosphere, I’d recommend Temptation Cancun. Just don’t go expecting exceptional dining. *** Abdiel Daniel***

The only thing we didn't like was the volume of the music was to low compared to years prior.

Very clean resort and helpful staff. Great entertainment and food was pretty decent. Sutra is a favorite place to eat for many! I wish the music was more diverse and the pool stayed open longer.
