The service was excellent and these two gentlemen were amazing. Juan and abdiel. I 10/10 recommend and the food was absolutely delicious. I’ve never had buffet food as fresh and tasty like here at temptation. Definitely book with them.

The one thing I will say is this resort is very clean and well kept. They have staff cleaning all day long. If it rains, they are out with squeegees as soon as it stops, clearing the water. It’s a fun adult playground.

Property was meticulously kept. Entire staff was top notch. This is our third time here. The food was excellent. Drinks were great and poured well. Entertainment and theme nights were sexier than previous trips. Roof top pool was quiet and the food up there was great. Like I said before the entire staff, waiters, bartenders,cleaners, maids, onsite construction workers were top notch. Best time at a club ever. Will be taking the cruise this fall and will definitely be back soon. Thanks for a wonderful week. Keep up the excellent work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I had a great time at Temptation Cancun! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive—they really made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The resort was also spotless. The grounds, rooms, and common areas were consistently clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is definitely geared toward adults looking for a fun, mature, and liberating vacation. The energy is lively, respectful, and unlike a typical all-inclusive resort, which made for a unique and memorable experience. The only downside was the food. While there were several dining options, the overall selection felt limited, and the quality was just average. Compared to everything else the resort does so well, the food was a bit disappointing and could definitely use some improvement. Shout out to…Waiters Carlos and Gustavo amazing and super accommodating!!!!!!! Overall, if you’re looking for a clean resort with amazing staff and an exciting adults-only atmosphere, I’d recommend Temptation Cancun. El hotel estaba muy limpio, la comida era de primera calidad y todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. La piscina necesita un poco de mantenimiento, pero eso no le quita mérito a la experiencia. Disfrutamos de un ambiente muy agradable, conocimos personas de distintas partes del mundo y todos fueron muy amables. Sin duda, fue una excelente experiencia y volveríamos.
