Our family- 2 adults and 2 kids, had such an amazing time at The Fives! My husband and I selected the all-inclusive package, so we stayed mainly at the resort and enjoyed the facilities. We loved the quality of fresh food. We did take iPads for the kids, because the food did take 20-30 minutes to make, so they wouldn't get bored waiting. Other than the food wait time, which was worth it, because the food tasted so FRESH, everything else was prompt and the people helping us are all so nice!

Great service, drinks, and accommodations. Food was an 8/10, some dishes could be more seasoned, but everything is always very hot and fresh tasting. And the dishes they get right, they get RIGHT. Extremely safe, peaceful, and relaxing. All inclusive is great price point and definitely worth it.

The hotel was beautiful. You are greeted by your personal hotel ambassador whom arranged everything and personally took care of everything you needed but all the staff was super helpful and friendly. The Food was delicious.

Me encantó mi estadía en este hotel, fui con mi familia y una bebe, por lo que valoramos que tuviera buena comida, comodidad e instalaciones limpias y sobretodo excelente servicio del personal, estrellita especial a Ian y a Toño del bar que son a todo dar, desafortunadamente nos tocó sargazo pero el hotel tiene su propia limpieza y se nota el esfuerzo que realiza para mantener la playa limpia.

This was an excellent stay, the staff was wonderful. They were all very helpful, and they were all cheerful.They all seem to really enjoy working there, and making sure each guest has everything they need to make the trip enjoyable. Erika our an ambassador exceed expectations, her thoughtfulness was appreciated every day. We will be recommending to our family and friends.

So I love the fact there were bottle waters in the bathroom (for brushing my teeth). Stephany in the RoMarley restaurant was a SWEET heart Diego made my birthday BEYOND special. The breakfast is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Ask for Ceasar he was also a great waiter. Everyone was very attentive!

We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business! Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service. The all-inclusive package was well worth it for us and the food was fresh, healthy and delicious. The 2 Mexican banquet buffets were fun with games and live music. The resort is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on the port side of Puerto Morelos as well, making it an ideal location. Shout out to Eduardo in the Ro Marley restaurant and Noie in the spa for going above and beyond and also encouraging our Spanish language skills!

I am seriously missing my ocean view room. This hotel is an absolute gem and my new favourite spot in Mexico. The hotel, staff and location make this place really special. It’s right on the ocean and beside a jungle which makes for a tranquil experience. The food is outstanding and the service was excellent. It’s not a massive resort so I was always able to find a beach chair without issue. The town is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and I felt very safe with my 7 and 10 year old. Very relaxing holiday and I will definitely be returning to the fives. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property is well run and well taken care of. Quality of food and drink was exceptional. It is a smaller hotel with a boutique feel, beautiful rooftop patio and beach club area. Staff are friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and clean.
