I had the best experience. If you get Mel as your butler just know he will take care of you. I missed a dinner reservation and he took care of everything and made my experience 10x better. I highly recommend this resort. Best experience I ever had.

We stayed on the TRS side of the resort and it was exceptional! The resort itself was beautiful! The food was great, we visited restaurants on both sides of the resort (adults only and family selection). Some of our favorite restaurants were La Isla for breakfast (family side), Helios for lunch (trs side) and la isla (family side), and the Indian restaurant was our favorite for dinner (family side). We also loved the poolside pizza and other foods. The pool and beach were amazing, the only thing we wish was there was some type of music playing on a more frequent basis by these areas. The staff was great, specifically our butler Daniella, she did everything in her power to make our stay outstanding. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Algunos detalles que no fueron de nuestro agrado. Con nuestro mayordomo Daniela. Para ser un hotel de esta calidad sentimos que no fue el mejor trato a recibir pero después todo el otro personal muy amable y atentos.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the property was breathtakingly beautiful and immaculately clean. The customer service across the board was fantastic, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was our wonderful and highly attentive butler, who went out of their way to ensure every need was met. There is an incredible amount of entertainment to keep guests engaged. I absolutely loved the live musicians playing instruments throughout the property, and there is never a shortage of activities to do. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free vacation!

Our stay at TRS Coral Hotel was truly a 100/10 experience! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference. The hotel is beautifully organized, spotless, and incredibly peaceful. As an adults only resort, it offers the perfect atmosphere to relax, unwind, and enjoy a luxurious getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the service exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for exceptional hospitality, a calm and elegant environment, and an unforgettable vacation, I can’t recommend TRS Coral Hotel enough. We met amazing people and can’t wait to come back!

Thanks to Jimmy (Our Butler from India) we had an amazing stay. He ensured we were well taken care of. I think Jimmy should be head butler, he knows exactly how to cater to guest at TRS.

The hotel is beautiful. The pictures did there job. Everyone was so friendly and sincere. My butler Misa was absolutely phenomenal. He was so caring a bubbly, you never saw him without a smile. Me and my guest was celebrating our birthdays and he surprised in so many way from cabana decor, room decorations, and during our restaurant reservations. We were so lucky to have him. Thank you for an amazing 40th birthday trip!

Just returned from a phenomenal stay at the TRS Coral and I cannot put into words how beautiful the resort is and how friendly and helpful all of the staff were- we were so impressed! The food was great and the drinks were top notch! We fully utilized the golf cart transportation and never waited more than 5 minutes for a cart. Will 100% return!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
