The hotel is beautiful. The pictures did there job. Everyone was so friendly and sincere. My butler Misa was absolutely phenomenal. He was so caring a bubbly, you never saw him without a smile. Me and my guest was celebrating our birthdays and he surprised in so many way from cabana decor, room decorations, and during our restaurant reservations. We were so lucky to have him. Thank you for an amazing 40th birthday trip!

Just returned from a phenomenal stay at the TRS Coral and I cannot put into words how beautiful the resort is and how friendly and helpful all of the staff were- we were so impressed! The food was great and the drinks were top notch! We fully utilized the golf cart transportation and never waited more than 5 minutes for a cart. Will 100% return!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great service from our butler staff. Restaurants were above average. Booking reservations was a little difficult due to closures and low occupancy. I contacted the property several times ahead of our trip as well as during our trip for room decor for one of our three rooms for a 21st birthday (we dropped over $14k for this trip). It never happened. Not a huge deal but a simple request that could have made a big impression. Overall, the experience was good and the property met our expectataions. We would return.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everything was nothing but amazing the food, the atmosphere, the people I just can’t get over it. But most of all my butler Yure she was the best!! She made sure I was well taken care of. I went for my birthday and she made it everything I could think of. I will definitely be back and soon! :)

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our butler was Eladio and he was the BEST!! He handled anything and everything to make our stay perfect. He contacted us before our stay to check and see if there was anything we wanted special in our mini frig. Lili checked us into our room and was very helpful in explaining how everything worked at the property. We did have a spa day and we each had a wonderful masseuse Louise and Michele. I would recommend either of these guys if looking to get a massage during your stay. We will definitely be back in the near future!

Make sure you make your reservation for certain restaurants with your butlers at least a day before.

The staff was extremely accommodating and everyone was so nice. Our bartender at the swim up bar named Jafet was our favorite! He was so nice every single day the best bartender ever.

I have been to this property several times and they never disappoint. From the moment that you check in to the different experiences on the property to the point that you leave to head back to the airport, everything is immaculate.
