I liked the all inclusive experience and it was very good luxury not great luxury but very good. It was extremely safe and you can use the other hotels amenities on the compound.

Great resort for the most part. The list of amities can be a bit confusing. They make it sound like if you are a TRS guest you have access to everything which isn't true. You have to be a Palladium Travel Club Member (or buy a temporary upgrade/membership) to access several areas including one of the pools. Also, non-TRS guests who are PTC members can access TRS areas so it isn't as exclusive as it seems.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is fantastic with lots of activities and great dining choices. Alfredo, our Villa Manager (Villa 65 Butler), and his team, Julio and Bely, completely elevated our experience. They are highly professional, always smiling, and went above and beyond for us. A huge shout-out also goes to Alfred and Luciana at the infinity pool—such beautiful people, so helpful, and incredibly professional. Everyone worked so hard to make sure we had a perfect stay.The only feedback we have is about the food options, particularly at the breakfast buffet. The meat selection was about 90% pork, which was disappointing since we don't eat pork. We recommend the hotel offer more diverse alternatives for the millions of travelers who avoid pork.Can't wait to visit again! :)

¡Me encantó! Es la segunda vez que los visito y nuevamente tuve una excelente experiencia. La comida es riquísima, en especial el restaurante Gaucho. Los buffets son un 10/10 y, en general, todos los restaurantes ofrecen una gran calidad. Lo que más me impresionó fue la amabilidad de todo el personal y la rapidez con la que resuelven cualquier solicitud. Me voy encantada una vez más. Como única área de oportunidad, el jacuzzi no estaba caliente, solo tibio. Fuera de ese detalle, todo el servicio en general y la limpieza fueron impecables. ¡Sin duda volvería! I have stayed at many resorts in Mexico, and this has been the only one that I would return to because of how amazing everything was! All around excellent service from the moment you walk in, up until the minute you leave. They really care about your experience, and do anything they can to make you feel special and taken care of! They were very kind, our butler took care of our dinner reservations when we got there, we told her where we wanted to eat and which days and we had a reservation for all nights we were there! As someone who is very cautious when I travel, these rooms were insanely clean. The bathtub, shower, sheets and surfaces were clean, and housekeeping comes twice a day. The all inclusive food and drinks were amazing! The cocktails were well made, and every iced latte and coffee I had was excellent. The food is very good compared to other resorts, and there is a ton of different places on property to try. We stayed for 5 nights and did not run out of activities to do on this huge beautiful property! I would absolutely recommend!
