It was a clean, neat running place. Good location. The laundry room worked without problems. The game room could use having some games in it.

Run very professionally Everything you need n more was in unit Clean nice design Nice view from 9th floor Balcony was spacious Nice barrio Problems.... Shower temp fluctuations which is common in big structures Toilet was not centered properly between the shower n sink I'm sure the owners are aware of that, and to fix that issue at this point would be costly. I only mention it because it was a little close to the sink and made it hard to access the tissue paper . It was a little cramped , unnecessarily because of being off centered.

ULIV Cibeles is located in an extremely convenient location. It is not on a through street so there is no traffic. You are near everything!! You can walk everywhere and it feels safe and comfortable. We would start our days early and run into the night all while on foot and our hotel location always ensured we were in safe areas. The staff is very accommodating. We booked the premium room which had a balcony with a view and it was perfect for getting a great night’s rest. All amenities opened up early to allow me to get my workout done before starting our day( hours actually open earlier than what is written). The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, I honestly probably never ran into any other guests during our 4 day stay which made us feel like we had the place to ourselves. I cannot recommend this place enough. We hope to return to Mexico City again and will definitely look to stay at ULIV Cibeles again.

This place is amazing value for money. We were so disappointed with our original accomodation and booked here and were blown away with how clean and tidy the facilities are and how easy they make the process. Would stay again any day.
