We liked our stay here. Convenient location near The main boulevard, beautiful courtyard, nice rooms, and super friendly staff. Really a cool place.

This place was serene, quaint and absolutely lovely! It was near delicious food trucks and close to the bus to the beaches. Loved staying here!

We loved the jungle feel and intimacy of this hotel. It was in the perfect location in the city center and had great food options nearby. Their breakfast was also pretty tasty.

The hotel and the staff were amazing. Welcoming, meeting all our needs for our 10-day stay, and the perfect landing pad to decompress! Highly recommend staying here.

I liked most everything. Only thing i did not like, was dodging all of the dog droppings on the way in or out of the property. Quite unappealing.

What an incredible gem in Tulum. Only a couple miles from the beach and located near the city center. Wonderful street food line the road next to the hotel and right by an Oxo and Walmart. Very clean and beautiful amenities.

Everything went smoothly! Check in was easy and quick, the room was clean and had the essentials. Very cute property. Breakfast was wayyy more than what we expected, like three courses of food were served! Very delicious and fresh. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back.

Spacious studio with full kitchen. Great location central and walkable to many restaurants and shops. It had the cutest little courtyard and I loved that the breakfast was cooked to order. This place is adorable! Great service.

Great location in town, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast spread. Our room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette that had everything you would need to prepare small meals. The private plunge pool was a nice touch.

Perfect location! A 3 minute walk to town for dinner, drinks, ice cream and shopping. We even walked to the ruins which took us about 45 min. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, small pool which we didn’t use and lovely breakfast area with decent breakfast.

We stayed in the Matisse penthouse suite and we loved the peace and privacy we enjoyed up there. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic needs to cook ourselves meals and the outdoor tub was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

My stay at Villas Geminis Boutique was AMAZING! The staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. I stayed on the bottom level of the hotel in the "Klimt King Studio w/Outdoor Tub". The room was very open and inviting and the outdoor tub was wonderful (and huge). The free breakfast was wonderfully prepared and the free bicycles really cut costs on transportation around Tulum! I also had the beautiful pool all to myself each day at the hotel. Villas Geminis is literally a block away from the center of Tulum, where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, as well as local conveniences such as banks, gas stations, and convenient stores. The rooms are affordable and provided all the necessary amenities one would need! Book with Villas Geminis Hotel...you won't regret it!
