très bien placé, pas cher, bonne climatisation. Pour le reste, salle de bain vétuste, toilette immonde, très bruyant. Pas cher, mais ils m ont débité plus que prevu sur ma carte bancaire alors que je devais payer sur place

The room was nice and clean, air condition was working perfectly, the hotel is in a great location , one block away from everything also not as loud as the main attractions area. Walking distance to the Ado Bus station and the beach, overall it was a pleasant stay for me.

Location is convenient near lots of shops and restaurants. We walked here from the ferry. It was raining and there was a small leak above one of the beds. The staff provided us with an additional room because we were a family of 6 and there were no other rooms available that could fit us. The doors don't have a good seal when closed so you could hear everything happening outside. It was fine for a one night stay.

If you’re planning to stay out most of the time and just need a place to sleep this place is good. Walking distance to ADO station, ferry to Cozumel, the strip (Quinta Avenida i think its called) and beaches. Wifi strength may very depending on the room location, the TV has netflix and youtube but can be slow. I think this hotel is partnered with a neighbouring hotel which gives you access to their hot tub but not sure due to the language barrier and we didn’t check it out. The room has a slight weird wood smell but it didn’t bother me. Overall its enough just for a place to sleep after a day of exploring other activities

Room was clean and good condition but they don t provide any kind of fridge not even in the reception plus tissue paper is a jock or soape , they don t provided , that for a hotel is to much , even a motel provide that or a hostal . The lady in the evning really nice and attentative

Estuvo muy limpia la habitación y el servicio pero no me aceptaron 2 tarjetas de crédito diferentes, no si es por no aceptar el cargo con tarjeta o no le querían dar solución a su terminal.
