Clean room and property! Ninfa at the front desk was absolutely great! Great location away from the noisier side of town. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the lack of hot water for showering. Sometimes there would randomly be a few minutes of hot water.

We stayed in the penthouse 1 which has 3 rooms. Wonderful view. The staff was great : friendly and welcoming. The only draw back is the WiFi is non existent on the 2nd floor and it’s not a connected unit. You have to access the third bedroom from outside. Otherwise, nice area, quiet and comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ysuri hotel. The location is excellent, the room very comfortable and nicely decorated, the ocean views beautiful, the front desk staff ver helpful. The pool is very nice and the bar by the pool brings food from the hotel restaurant across the street, Baklava, which is very good. A few misses: no full length mirror in room, the only mirror was in the bathroom. The lighting over bathroom vanity was not very good and there was no close up mirror. Over the bed there were two lamp like wooden shades that that no lighting, that was a bit odd. There was a jacuzzi in one corner of the balcony but it's not covered so it got dirty and full of leaves which made it unusable. There's not one single drawer in the room. Beware there are lots of stairs and no elevator, if thats an issue make sure to stay in the lower floors.

Beautiful hotel with modern aesthetic. Very spacious suite, sofa bed was super comfy for our kid. Quiet location still within walking distance of town and right across from the beach. We loved it! Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. The room featured a private jacuzzi and a equipped kitchen, which made it feel like a perfect home away from home. Waking up to views overlooking Sayulita’s main beach and the pool area was truly something special — the scenery alone made the trip worth it. Everything was spotless, from the room to the shared amenities, and it was clear the property takes great pride in cleanliness and upkeep. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They were always available, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views, great amenities, and exceptional service, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the staff was so lovely. Would definitely come back! Town is a 5 minute walk and it's right on the beach. Had a great massage and lots of drinks by the pool. Highly recommend!

The infinity pool has a great view. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. They checked how we were doing and offered their support for any needs. They work with the restaurant across the street from the property - food and drinks are delicious. Only issue was the WiFi had poor signal in our room.
