We stayed in this boutique hotel near to Tivat centre for a week in June 2026. Although the rooms are small, they are perfectly adequate and have a mini bar, tea making facilities and a balcony. There is no fitness suite but there is a small rooftop pool with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lake. The TV was small but it was Smart so we were able to watch YouTube, Netflix etc. The food here was delicious. I preferred the way breakfast was arranged since it was cooked to order, rather than a buffet and there was plenty of choice. The freshly squeezed orange juice was really freshly squeezed, good coffee options and enough breakfast choices to work your way through the menu. We also ate at the restaurant at other times and enjoyed the fresh ingredients and the baked cheesecakes. The staff were all wonderful. Everyone speaks English. They were polite, courteous and hospitable. Montenegro is a lovely country - I've already been recommending it to friends and family to visit. However, if you are coming to this hotel, I'd advise you to come to Tivat Airport. BA didn't fly here so we had an awful journey from Dubrovnik in a hired car driving on the other other side of the road.

Really welll located cute boutique hotel in Tivat. Great breakfast and spacious rooms. The staff is really friendly and all speak English. Loved the pool on the roof. We will be coming back again. Loved it and loved Montenegro. We enjoyed strolling to Porto Montenegro after dinner.

Excellent hotel! Very polite courteous staff. Room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. Breakfast was also included in the stay which was beautiful every day. Very fresh and staff in Mila restaurant were also very good. Lovely view from the room. And very peaceful and calm.

I would actually give this hotel 5* it is beautiful so chic, the staff are amazing, the food was delicious if you eat and drink there you get a 10% discount. The only downfall on the roof terrace there are no sunbeds only tables and chairs, I would highly recommend this hotel and will return soon

Great location, 10 minute leisurely walk to Tivat central marina, shops etc. But far enough away to have a quiet night in extremely comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly & helpful, thank you for a very pleasant stay!

I spent a wonderful night in Case Manor Boutique Hotel! The room is very clean and warm. There are a gorgeous view and a fantastic breakfast which impressed me a lot!

The room was small but perfect. Lovely balcony from which to view the sea. We had lunch there which was delicious. The breakfast was very good too. A perfect place to explore Tivat from and for our last day in Montenegro.

Tolle Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Meer, moderne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und einfach ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen. Das Hotel bietet sogar Parkmöglichkeiten.

Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van de Porto. Bij aankomst werd onze auto door het personeel geparkeerd want de parking is nogal lastig te vinden. Personeel is super vriendelijk. De locatie is geweldig, en de sushi in het restaurant was heel erg goed. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon, modern en netjes. Kortom, een echte aanrader. Enige nadeel aan Tivat is de infrastructuur. Er staan vaak files.

Recommended - quiet, very friendly staff, great pool, and good restaurant. The only downside is the access to the parking, beyond confusing.
