I expect a 3 star service hotel for the price I paid, but I was disappointed. The room I was assigned had many steps that can be a pain in the neck for an elderly person. I was asked to upgrade to a room closer to the front desk for 150 per night. The room was a decent size and had a bathtub and hot water but no hairdryer. The to wasnt flat. For some, it's a bit odd but it shows that there were no efforts made to update the hotel. Every time someone flushed the toilet or took a shower, the old water pipe made horrible noise. Worse, loud music from a nearby disco roared all night long. When I complained. The front desk claimed that they were not liable for the disturbance outside. The location near restaurants and the beach could be what redeems the hotel. Its also very green, and the cleaning ladies are efficient. Will I return? Definitely not.

This is the third hotel we've stayed at, and you're better off staying at the nearby hotel Arcana. The building and grounds were gorgeous, and the location was extremely secure. However, the service was subpar, and the cuisine at the eatery was tolerable at best and extremely expensive. Breakfast is fine, but don't eat dinner. Although there was a decent buffet on the first night we dined there, we discovered animal ear droppings on our food, and quite a lot of it had a bad taste. Despite our reservation saying otherwise, they attempted to persuade us that we hadn't spent supper on the second night. When we specified that the entire cost was for both of us, they claimed it was. The food was cold and overcooked there, and they attempted to rescind us 230 dh at the conclusion of the meal, which was considerably more than what they had previously said. This caused a massive disagreement, and the restaurant employees quickly escalated, becoming brutally belligerent. Beyond this, the tes are obsolete Remember those big box appliances from the is? Also, their reception is subpar, and wifi is only accessible in certain areas of the hotel. The hotel has tremendous potential to be an excellent location, but until they change their restaurant management and chef, and update the technology, it's average at best

The service from the breakfast staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. And then, because the towels are so old and gray, the sheets haven't been changed, and the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in the week we were there, we had to ask the front desk for a loo roll. After that, the hotel looks a bit old but not kept up with the years. After that, even though the towels are so dated and grey, and the towels aren't changed and the bathroom is not cleaned, and the pool attendant was wonderful.
