Le séjour a été parfait. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié et délicieux. Personnel aux petits soins, à l’écoute et disponible pour vous faciliter votre séjour. Tout est fait pour vous mettre à l’aise. Localisation de l’hôtel dans un secteur calme, sûr et à proximité de commerces et du centre-ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et modernes. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Amazing stay. Beautiful room. Chaimaa and staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful. Location is few blocks from many restaurants. Will definitely stay there again! Rapid and PCR Covid tests available at lab 2 blocks away too.

A good place to stay. Used for a dine and sleep experience. Missing some basic kitchen stuff though, there is a nespresso machine but no complementary capsules. No slippers either etc. But overall good for the price.

This hotel is pretty tired—-torn fabrics, wood floors that are knicked and dented, shower grout that has not been cleaned (or bleached) in ages, and marble that is chipped etc etc. Perhaps it was grand and one time but now it is very tired and in need of a renovation. The room I stayed in had very odd angles and limited space around the bed while the bathroom has ZERO counter space plus dirty shower tiles and grout. I wore my flip flops in the shower it was that gross. Won’t be returning there.

L’accueil fut froid et remplie de jugement de la part de la réceptionniste. Nous n’avions pas d eau au départ pour prendre notre douche. Nous avons dû téléphoner à plusieurs reprises. L’air climatisé était pas froide. Nous avions 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette déjà entamé. Point positif ; il est bien situé.

Terrible breakfast options. No regard for international guests. Hot food options limited to 2 items, not refreshed. Coffee options very poor --- even a standard coffee had to be prepared from a machine by the attendant!! Rooms do not have a desk for guests who need to work and the shower never produced hot water. The lifts had a problem of a gap between the floor and where the lift stopped -- very dangerous for people with sight issues. Terrible internet access.

Even though the staff is courteous, it doesn't make up for the rundown of the hotel. The main problem is being touted as a 5 star hotel, but since you get to a dirty neighborhood, with beggars and homeless, staying in shock. Initially you think it is a Maps error, but after seeing the sign and look for some semblances with the public photos, you understand what awaits you. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, in a terrible neighborhood, ... Far from what a 5 star customer expects. Simple things, as the lack of a soap dish, in the shower are surprising. I don't understand how this hotel can appear as a 5 star hotel, even in Morocco
