We had booked a few suites. One of the rooms took time. The staff were exceptional, I remember Reda or Riyad and all the female receptionist staff. The rooms are really spacious with big bathrooms, ours had a jacuzzi. They don’t allow any outside food or water/drinks which is the downside but it didn’t spoil our stay. The paddle tennis, gym, snooker room, pool areas - all were top class. But its the Moroccon hospitality and the lovely locals which make us repeat visitors to their beautiful country. You feel welcomed, respect and safety is exceptional. I feel sad to see some entitled tourists behave terribly- can’t change the world. Love Agadir

The staff were all very friendly, Aicha on reception was very kind and upgraded us to a quieter room away from the main road, which was appreciated a lot. The breakfast had a large variety and one of the waiters went out of his way to get my son Nutella which was fantastic customer service. Haja and Lamiae helped us arrange activities at quad biking and DaniaLand theme park. Overall a really enjoyable stay, thank you to all the staff.

This is a beautiful hotel and the attention to detail is very high. The staff are terrific so professional so well trained. They advise on everything if you need anything. Found them exceptionally kind and attentive. The pool area is totally great and the spa is also fantastic. It was a great stay at a perfect time. They kindly upgraded my room also which I was very grateful for it was stunning!

They were always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their warm welcome and genuine care made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and their positive attitude made a lasting impression. It's clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Toujours souriant et très engagé avec les clients. Hôtel bien situé et près de tout. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance (“vibe”) de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est situé de l’autre côté de la rue face à la mer, mais nous avons apprécié cet emplacement, car il y avait plus de vent, ce qui rendait la baignade et les activités extérieures beaucoup plus agréables. Les autres hôtels directement au bord de la mer avaient un mur et moins d’accès direct à la plage. La plage était à seulement quelques pas, avec un excellent service directement sur la plage. Il y avait également beaucoup de personnel disponible pour nous aider en tout temps. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’engagement du personnel avec les enfants; ils prenaient le temps de jouer avec eux et de rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le buffet du matin était très agréable avec plusieurs choix. L’hôtel est également très bien rénové et moderne comparativement à d’autres hôtels dans la région.

Our stay at the Prestige was simply amazing and bery much needed. From the friendly efficient check-in by front of house to all the back room staff and recreational staff, all of which made for a memorable holiday and Birthday. The room was very spacious with a blend of modern design and set in a classic style with a contemporary feel. The hotel location is perfect for the beach, shops and the numerous restaurants close by, although the food at the hotel is very good and highly recommended. Good wifi, only dropped connection once for 5 minutes beyond that worked perfectly well. The pool perfect size and never felt over crowded, the gardens were well manicured and the whole setting with the fountains running was lovely site especially when lit up.

My stay at Hotel Prestige in Agadir was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and relaxing, with stunning fountains and a massive pool area that really gives luxury vibes. The poolside bar was one of my favourite spots, serving delicious cocktails in such a great atmosphere. When it comes to the staff and service, everything was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and every staff member I passed made me feel welcome. The hospitality here is truly on another level. I felt so comfortable during my stay that I genuinely didn’t want to leave. My suite was beautiful, spacious and very affordable for the quality and comfort provided. You can really see the strong leadership of Mohamed, the Deputy General Manager, because the excellent customer service reflects throughout the entire team. Whenever I’m back in Agadir, I won’t even have to think twice about where I’m staying. Highly recommended! Riad Laaraichi

Alerte enlèvement, Je refuse de rentrer chez moi Je suis venu pour une seule nuit à l'Hôtel Prestige à Agadir, et je repars avec un sérieux problème, ma maison me paraît d'un ennui mortel maintenant. Les lits sont tellement confortables qu'on devrait fournir un double expresso obligatoire au réveil pour réussir à en sortir. Le personnel, Des complices de la paresse qui anticipent vos moindres désirs avant même que votre cerveau n'ait formulé la demande. Si vous cherchez un hôtel ordinaire, passez votre chemin. Ici, c'est un piège de luxe, on y entre pour un séjour et on veut y déclarer sa résidence principale. Merci à toute l'équipe, vous avez ruiné mes prochains critères de vacances, je reviendrai

Un hôtel élégant avec un excellent niveau de service, une équipe professionnelle et toujours souriante. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et très bien entretenues. La restauration est variée et de qualité, avec une ambiance agréable du matin au soir. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter d’Agadir, et les espaces bien-être ainsi que les installations de l’hôtel rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Une très belle expérience que je recommande vivement pour les séjours en famille, en couple ou professionnels. Bravo à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme !

Ontbijt was heerlijk. Elke dag vers. Ik had een suite en die werd dagelijks grondig schoongemaakt. Ik verbleef er met 2 kinderen en daar werd zo goed voor gezorgd door de personeel. Zwembaden elke dag schoon. Er was spa, kidsclub, paddelen, gamehall, leuke matchatent en van alles en nog wat. Ik heb nog nooit zo een fijne vakantie gehad.
