Hisham is the best receptionist i have ever had the pleasure to meet. The hotel is clean, staff very helpful, rooms very clean, breakfast great.

We had planned on staying in Tangiers and had not realized the hotel was in Asilah, 35 minutes away by train. We decided to give Asilah a good look and were very pleased with the Hotel Zelis. Close to the rail station we found it simple and inexpensive to move around by taxis. We had a room on the fourth floor with a spectacular view of the ocean. There was a sand dredger working in the harbor but we didnt hear it ( but could see its lights).Great little breakfast buffet. Out for a stroll I had a sweet little girl about ten who made me a delicious crepe with Nutella drizzled on top. Very safe to be out walking at night. Not impressed with the Medina but maybe I’m just spoiled. Highly recommend Asilah for a couple of nights and we liked the Hotel Zelis.

Preciosas vistas, habitación cómoda con calefacción, baño grande con toallas limpias a diario, aparcamiento en la puerta vigilado y desayuno abundante. Muy bien!

The location is near the toilets. The cleanliness of the room is really bad and I can see a stale place. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They don't provide freezer and fridge in the room because they tell us the fridge and freezer are broken.

This is a perfectly pleasant experience for the cost. It doesn't look like a fourstar home at all, and frankly, it isn't. But the rooms are pleasant, spotless, and roomy, and the personnel is pleasant. Although not in the center of Asia, it is close enough to get the medina and everything the town has to offer within a short distance on foot. You can also walk from the railway station if that's how you get there, but it will take a very lengthy walk. The hallways are a little small, with ugly, old, dirty carpets, but once you get to the rooms, youll be astounded. Laminate floors, clean walls, comfortable seating, and bright furnishings make for a cheerful experience. The bed is comfy and there is adequate air conditioning. The pools face the ocean and have outside seating, but the sliding doors are not a completely tight fit. It does work when it feels like it. It comes and goes. The lobby actually works better. There are numerous options for breakfast, with lots of options. Most of it is sweet, with fresh fruit. Its also served until 1100 a. M. It's great because the prices are 3 star so you're really paying for what you get. When you check out they will attempt to use the trick of making your credit card not accepted. Ignore it and

This hotel is located outside of Medina, but it is centrally located. The breakfast buffet is suitable, however, the neon pink luncheon meat is probably better avoided as it looks radioactive. But, the comfort and the value of the hotel are good. But they do not provide Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet is decent, but the neon pink lunch meat is better avoided because it looks very dangerous.

Would recommend it. friends who have been to this hotel have recommended this hotel to me after I've already had a few trips there. A peaceful neighborhood with views of the fire station and the sea. The swimming pool on all floors is closed as it appears that major construction is about to start. I wished to swim in this hotel, which is well decorated and has a nice balcony overlooking the very large bathroom air conditioner and mini fridge. To put your drinks fruit, the bed is very comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful.

The location is in the heart of this beautiful seaside town. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The wifi was a bit glitchy, but it was strong enough. The breakfast was good and filling. The bedroom was spacious. It is a bit antiquated, but comfortable and clean.

I enjoyed me stay at Hotel Zelis apart from the noise. The walls are very thin and I could hear every noise. The pillows and bed were quite hard which I didn’t like. Had a small balcony.
