It is good local stay. They offer trips to Sahara with extra payment. We did it, it was great. My husband lost his AirPod in the drivers SUV to the desert, we were able to seek it back with the help of the staff there. Overall good experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The kids enjoyed being able to play at the pool for the two days we stayed. Both breakfast and dinner were included in our stay and the food was excellent for all of our meals.

Bel établissement, avec un grand parking. L'accueil est sympathique et souriant. Les chambres confortables sont très calmes et disposent de tout le nécessaire requis pour un séjour réussi. Joli jardin avec une belle piscine, bien utile pour se rafraîchir. Wi-Fi efficace. Le personnel très professionnel est aux petits soins. Les repas sont délicieux, tout comme les petits déjeuners. Vraiment une belle et bonne adresse à M'Hamid.

Arrivati alle 21.00 dopo un lungo viaggio, esausti, avevamo prenotato un bungalow per un costo pari a 18€, ma ci hanno dato una camera praticamente allo stesso prezzo perché nella prima sistemazione non avremmo avuto l'aria condizionata e faceva un caldo bestiale! Ci hanno chiesto che cosa gradivamo mangiare e nel giro di 10 minuti eravamo serviti, in un tavolo a bordo piscina e in un'atmosfera rilassata. La camera era spaziosa, con una super doccia e tutto arredato in stile berbero. Al mattino, dopo colazione siamo partiti per il deserto, tour di due giorni prenotato tramite loro, perfettamente organizzato. Al ritorno ci hanno offerto un buon tè alla menta e ci hanno fornito consigli per la strada del viaggio di ritorno. Il tutto ad un ottimo prezzo.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. L'hotel, e l'omonima agenzia Sahara Service, presso la quale avevamo prenotato anche il tour nel deserto, si trova all'ingresso di M'Hamid, un villaggio avamposto del deserto Erg Chigaga. Un disguido iniziale ci aveva fatto temere il peggio: l'agenzia centrale di Marrakech non aveva infatti comunicato la nostra prenotazione del tour al personale dell'hotel. Chiarito facilmente il disguido (avevamo con noi tutte le mail), il personale si è attivato per garantirci l'escursione con pernottamento per l'indomani e ci siamo rifocillati con il the alla menta di benvenuto e bagno in piscina. Ci è stata offerta anche la cena (anche questa frutto di un loro errore, poiché credevano fosse inclusa nel prezzo, fattogli notare che così non era, ce l'hanno offerta!). La stanza era pulita e con a. c. La mattina dopo, messe le valigie nell'auto, parcheggiata all'interno dell'hotel, siamo partiti per il deserto con un autista e una guida molto gentili e ospitali. É andato tutto come da accordi presi: viaggio in fuoristrada, pranzo in un'oasi, cammellata, tramonto sulle dune, cena e pernottamento nel bivacco posizionato in un punto del deserto molto suggestivo. L'indomani, vista l'alba, abbiamo intrapreso il viaggio di ritorno a M'Hamid. Giunti in hotel, su nostra richiesta ci hanno messo a disposizione una camera pulita per fare una doccia, prima di affrontare il lungo viaggio per Marrakech. Insomma bella esperienza e personale all'altezza del compito.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble, mais à l'arrivée il a fallu demander de changer les draps qui étaient sales.Par ailleurs une récente tempête de sable avait rendu la chambre particulièrement poussiéreuse, et le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant les deux jours de notre séjour.Le personnel était accueillant et agréable. La nourriture très bonne. Conseils : être plus attentif à la propreté des chambres.C'est une grande partie du bien être ressenti.
