We spent the night here while traveling from Merzouga back to Morocco. Even though the hotel was adequate for our purposes, there were improvements in three areas. The rooms were hotter than they needed to be we had to open the window to have a decent nights sleep our room overlooked a rear courtyard where workers were arriving and going throughout the night, banging a loud door. Breakfast service was the worst aspect. It was scheduled to begin serving at at 6:00 am. We arrived shortly after that, and there was little indication of preparations taking place apart from a waiter dressed in two soups who was still moving around doing little. At 7.30 pm, there was no indication of food. We ate a late breakfast of cakes and coffee at the patisserie a few doors up. On the plus side, the front desk personnel was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is ideally situated in a frame, has on-site parking, and has a colony of lesser kestrel nesting on the roof. Additionally, the hotel was inexpensive, offering a promotion that saved us about 20 when compared to the prices on the web. Also, beware of the official town guide who kept pestering us every time he saw us in the town square.

Although we didn't drink a lot of coffee, it was nice and flavorful. This hotel looks like it's in the Swiss mountains, the staff was friendly.

The hotel is enormous and the surroundings were stunning. Its area is clean and has all you need, and it is conveniently situated near Air Al Akhawan University. The personnel is okay. Breakfast is served every morning. Both the bar and the restaurant have a limited menu. Wifi can be found and the hotel lobby but seems to shut down around 11 p.m. so the employees can rest. The one thing I didn't like was that the light timers in the hallway gave you about a minute before closing off, leaving me in the dark most of the time to get to my room. Scary! The hotel is clean and the community is very safe. This is not your place to stay if you are looking for luxury. If you are looking for a clean, safe, warm, and comfortable place to stay, Hotel Chamois is great.

The hotel overall is nice for the price and the location was great. The bed was comfortable. Room didn’t have too many amentities…the breakfast was not worth waking up for. For price and location it’s worth it, but everything else I would not recommend.

J'ai réservé une chambre avec u' grand lit double, à l'arrivée j'ai trouvé deux lits séparés sans lit bébé disponible. La climatisation centralisée avec chambre très chaude.

Sure this place is city center, you can walk anywhere from here.. but The front desk was not so friendly. There’s no elevators nor bell boy to carry your luggage. Must be the first time they saw Asians in their hotel because they keep staring at us like zoo animals and whispering to each other in Arabic. The hotel room looked clean at surface level but if you look deeper, the curtains have stains on it, the bedsheets look used. There’s stains on the head board. Luckily we always carry our own pillow cases and a bed sheet around. It might have been a good hotel back in the day but they have not maintained the rooms nor building. They cut down on the staff. Don’t expect any amenities listed aside from breakfast and parking. Hope this helps

Mal en la recepción, teniamos 3 habitaciones, 1 con cama doble y 2 con cama de matrimonio, y no las dan mal, tenemos que reclamar el cambio de 1 habitación. Una almohada con pelos de señora. El desayuno empezaba a las 7:30, bajamos a las 8:00 y el camarero llego a las 8:20, casi una hora tarde, una vergüenza

This hotel seems once to have had aspirations, and it is well located, if not well maintained. The parking is hard to find, a narrow driveway 30 meters before the hotel. When we stopped in front of the hotel, the parking lot attendant did nothing to direct us. When we finally parked, there was no one to help us with our luggage (and the hotel has no elevators). When we got to our room, the heat was on full and the temperature in the high 20s celsius. We had to shut off the radiator, open the window wide and wait an hour for the room to cool. Not exactly eco-friendly. We were there for two nights and had very slow WiFi for one hour. When we inquired, the response was "I will phone the company" in a tone that said doing so would accomplish nothing. On the positive side, the hotel's restaurant was wonderful. We had really good Atlas trout, and listened to an excellent musical group.

Terrible room for the price you pay, the rooms feel stuffed, there is no air circulating, opening the window is pointless because of the bugs, it was hot and terrible, no AC, worst of all , don't make my mistake, do not leave ur phone, it will be hacked, i shouldn't have left it. i didn't have service so it didn't cross my mind , but when i found out days later i knew that this type of hack is only done if you have the phone in your hands. i had to do factory rest but of course it was too late. on the other hand , the food and the location were great but not worth the info they got, especially if you have a sensitive job.

Et værelse der tilsyneladende er under renovering. En seng med den hårdeste madras jeg nogen sinde har oplevet. Minimal komfort, meget larm. Vand på gulvet ved toilettet. Ikke muligt at betale med kort.

Terrible! Completely different from the pictures on the webpage. Runaway from it, it is a trap. Hotel must be 60 years old and did not change so far...
