Sehr schönes, gemütliches neues Hostel in toller Lage. Zimmer sehr sauber, tolle Matratze, super Dusche mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck. Nette, sehr motivierte Angestellte. Dusche nach meiner Ankunft in der früh war möglich noch bevor ich einchecken konnte. Gutes Frühstück.

You’ll never be able to find another hostel like HOOD. Maximum comfort and superb service at extremely affordable prices. The students training at HOOD are very friendly and hospitable, making you feel at home the moment you set foot into the hostel. Amenities are conveniently located around the hostel, and popular markets and malls are within walking distance. You’ll not regret choosing HOOD. ❤️

My journey to wagon could not have been worse. The airline lost my luggage, atms wouldn't take my card, the airport money exchanges wouldn't accept cash australian dollars, and the last city bus had gone. Things looked up when I got here. The hood trains young aspiring hospitality workers so you can get hotel service for hostel prices. Of course, not the accommodation but the rooms have cramped bunk beds, bunk lights and power outlets, lockers, and total privacy in partitions. The management couldn't have been more helpful. They kept calling the airline until my bag was found and delivered, and directed me to a nearby place where I could get urgent needs. A good breakfast is included and they have a restaurant serving reasonably priced good meals. The hostel is close to major tourist attractions.

strategic place for tourists, close to the city center, easy to reach by foot or taxi. but unfortunately the place is not and tends to be messy. rooftop for breakfast is also dirty and not maintained. but the staff is very friendly and very helpful for guests' needs.

This hotel is very impressive. The location is very strategic because it has all of the tourist attractions around it. The cleanliness of the rooms was maintained well and also the friendly reception staff were very knowledgeable about the area. They were very helpful in arranging the bus ticket before I arrived. They are very keen to learn more languages. They are very welcoming and caring. I will be back to do it again. I want to appreciate you guys and see you shortly.

Very helpful, they helped me find my luggage lost by airline and exchanged currency at a good rate. Room is spacious, bed is soft and big. I was very satisfied.

My trip to wagon couldn't have begun worse. Things got better when I arrived. You will receive hotel service for hostel fees because the hood trains young aspiring hospitality professionals. Of course, it wasn't about lodging, but the rooms had crammed bunk beds, bunk lights and power outlets, lockers, and complete privacy in the partitions. The administration could not have been more accommodating. They kept calling the airline until my bag was discovered and delivered and directed me to a nearby location where I could get emergency assistance. They have a restaurant that serves good breakfast and is reasonably priced. The hostel is near the major tourist attractions.

It's a peaceful gem in the middle of a busy neighborhood. The place is so nice, clean, and impeccable, the bed is so good, and I slept soundly. Very friendly service, very helpful young people.
