This hotel has wonderful employees. I will say that the staff is very attentive and helpful. The bellhop staff is very kind and helpful. On the first day, the bellhop escorted us to the closest hotel so that we could purchase a SIM card for our phone. This service goes above and beyond.

I wouldn't return if I had a choice. I would rather not stay. For the price, the hotel is good, albeit you may discover superior options for the nighttime usd, if not in its neighborhood. They provide comfortable mattresses and high pillows. The bathrooms were filthy and could use some renovation. Low water pressure, a cold shower, and ineffective WiFi. Not a workable desk chair is present in the room. It was satisfactory for the wagon at this cost in the morning. Both Western white toast, butterjam, fried egg, some days french toast and sausage, Asian fried rice and fried noodles, Mandarin vermicelli, and soup. The majority of Mandarin hotel breakfasts are poor on coffee. There was no can in the room to watch an English movie.

I would like to thank the entire staff at the Heaven Wagon Hotel. They are always willing to assist, smile and welcome me. Totally happy to remain here. The room is clean and tidy. Room rates are fair for both businesspeople and long-term guests. My business trip was extremely helpful due to the hotel's laundry service. The location is strategic, close to stores like McDonald's and the Mandar event park. It's quite convenient for me because the airport is 15 minutes away. I always stay at the hotel when I go to the wagon because I always recommend staying here.

This hotel is very well run by staff. The receptionist is very helpful. The bellhop staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist you in a unique way. On the first day, the bellhop walked us to the closest hotel so we could purchase a sim card for our phones. That was above and beyond!
