I can say I will recommend this place to everyone. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room condition was clean and had good air conditioning. The free breakfast was also very good with both Burmese and foreign mix. I was also helped to book a wagon and a taxi. The rooftop restaurant is very charming.

We spent three nights in a double room, and we thoroughly liked it. However, we returned to our room on both days after the request, but housekeeping hadnt arrived yet, so we had to remind them. Pros The employees were incredibly kind and accommodating The water pressure and temperature were excellent, the space was tidy, and the food was delicious, Asian cuisine like fried rice, noodles, eggs, soups, and other stirred dishes. But, the WiFi is unstable, so we confined ourselves to using our mobile data at breakfast because there is only instant coffee available as a hot drink no actual coffee and no English tea if youre seeking westernstyle breakfast fare There is only toast, fried eggs, jam, and fruit for breakfast. The cleaning schedule seems strange. After 10 p.m. at night, there was a noisy in the corridor. There are four floors, but no lift, so well return because the pricing is reasonable. While there is the warmth, youll never get the same outstanding service experience youd get at a more expensive hotel or a hotel with more experience.

I recommend this place to anyone. I was very pleased with the service provided by the staff, especially the receptionist. They have a nice roof restaurant. The room was clean and had air conditioning in good condition. They also served a delicious free breakfast. I feel very comfortable there.

We stayed in a double room for three nights and had a good time. But both days we returned to our room after rp and housekeeping had not been up yet so we had to tell them. Water pressure and temperature were great, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was nice and Asian like fried ricenoodles, eggsveges, and other stirred meals. Cons They permit smoking inside It's an openstyle bathroom, so the toilet and everything gets wet when you shower. wifi is weak, we merely used our mobile data at breakfast, there is only instant coffee available as a hot drink, no real coffee, and no english tea if you're after westernstyle breakfast, there is only toast, fried eggs, jam, and fruit. It seems strange when it comes to housekeeping schedule. Some room cleaning was done after 10 pm at night, which made the hallway very noisy. There are four levels, but there is no elevator, so overall, wed stay there again because the price is reasonable. It isn't the polished service experience youll get at a more expensive hotel or one with more experience, but the heart is there.

The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was also good. we plan to visit Pathein. We searched online and found it to be the best hotel in Pathein. The only thing is that it does not have lots of parking places.
