Kung Su San hotel is good value considering the cost of hotels in wagon at 25 US$ per night, really good location in China town, a few streets away from many dining options, staff are good to assist, breakfast a bit of a hit or miss affair, only downside many of the rooms don't have windows, best shower in any hotel I stayed in good wifi.

Overall, this place is very suitable for a city tour as the location is close to the railway station and to the Bogyoke Market. There are many facilities here, such as good wifi and hot water. The breakfast here was so amazing.

Kung Su San Hotel is still a very cheap option for a budget hotel near China town, us$ 25 for a small single room without a window, us$ 30 for a double room, good air conditioning, plenty of hot water, I must say the breakfast has not improved.

It's my second stay in this hotel in the centre of the lagoon, and the room is good value, it's still 25 dollars for a single room, and it's not getting better with breakfast, besides that, the desk staff were nice. The price isn't worth it when it comes to a taxi at the airport, but they give me a room number 607 for a good option at 700 kyats, plus the price is good

It's my sixth visit to wagon. And I have stayed at this hotel for the fifth time. Despite not being very large, it has all the facilities. The sincerity and warmth of all employees, aside from the rooms, are the most important aspects. Even some English-speaking individuals are upbeat and eager to assist all visitors. Cafés, restaurants, street markets, and, most importantly, a beer shop are all nearby the hotel. There are also numerous tourist attractions nearby such as a cedi temple such as Swadagon papplication, and Gotta Tower Temple with gods. I adore this location a lot and try to go back every year if it is possible. I miss everyone from Thailand.
