The hotel's facilities, breakfast, staff, service - excellent. They upgraded our room, decorated it for our anniversary. The breakfast is rich and tasty, the swimming pool is great, the room - beautiful and spacious. What else can one wish for a lovely vacation. It is situated right next to the lake - lovely view. Great experience

Beautiful property. The rooms are tastefully decorated. They have a cultural show on Friday nights and we enjoyed that. Breakfast had good varieties, but their buffet dinner was just ok. The hotel is a little far from the main town but still a good location with easy access to the lake.

Service at this hotel was absolutely world-class. The staff were extremely helpful when it came to day trips and travelling to and from the nearby town. When arranging travel to town or on day trips there is a kiosk across the road which I would suggest that you use. Using the concierge in the hotel, you get charged tourist fees. The hotel itself is in immaculate condition the pool and the gym are excellent. I stayed in one of the junior suitesthat you use. Using the concierge in the hotel, you get charged tourist fees. Bear in mind the hotel goes into evening or sleep mode at about nine or 10 o'clock as is the norm in Burma. Food, breakfast and drinks all absolutely excellent. and these were absolutely fantastic. There is also a jetty for the hotel which can help you take your guided boat trip around like Italy to the attractions. Nice resort with gigantic rooms. We particularly liked the big bathtubs, and the breakfast was awesome with both Western, Cantonese and local food options. The gym is small, but it had what we needed (treadmill, crosswalker, weights). Pool is nice as well. The service at the resort was superb, and the staff was very helpful in relieving a small medical issue. The location of the resort is ideal, because there is an interesting village 10 minutes of walk from the resort.

Staffs are super friendly and they’re very thoughtful and helpful. They’re always around to assist on everything! We stayed in a lake view villa and the view was amazing

The hotel was in a wonderful spot on the lake. I arrived by boat which was a lovely way to go. By road is possible also. I received an upgrade to a bungalow, which was amazing and almost the size of my house!. The grounds were beautiful and the infinity pool was awesome, offering amazing views of both the lake and the mountains. The staff were fantastic and made me feel right at home and were very helpful. Food was also great. No complaints what so ever...

Located on the Inle Lake, they had individual villas on stilts. We somehow got an upgrade into one of these villas which was amazing frankly. It also has a private jetty for boat tours without having to to into Nyaung Shwe town (though probably costs more than one in town). One of the first times I have eaten dinner at a hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the locality of the food and execution too. The only downside was that in our newly upgraded villa, the fire alarm ran low on battery at 0300am so beeped very loudly. Had to call housekeeping but they were quick and efficient with dealing.
