Amazing service. They arrange taxi for me to the airport. Have a laundry service. Breakfast it's excellent. Service always attentive. Highly recommend. Please Visit Myanmar. Amazing country.

Nice location and clean. Bathroom could have an update, but acceptable. Staff is super good. After being ripped off by a tutu driver, the hotel front desk helped booked a nice driver who took us to see 4 cities with a reasonable price for the second day.

Het hotel is goed gelegen en de service is uitstekend. Kamer was ruim en net en de opmaak verliep vlot en correct. Er is een wisselkantoor in het hotel dat de juiste koers toepast. Wij waren hier vijf nachten en zouden er terugkomen. Het restaurant is niet op het niveau van de andere diensten. Meestal waren de gerechten lauw, ook bij het ontbijt. En je krijgt niet wat het menu vermeldt: vervang vegetable door ajuin vb backed fish with celeri = vel gestoofde ajuin met wat groene bonen en weinig uitgedroogde vis - kip met basilicum = veel ajuinen, paprika en bonen geen basilicum en weinig kip. Doe zoals alle gasten en ga eten bij Shan MaMa om de hoek, super schotels!

Second visit to this hotel. Staff are attentive and their English is surprisingly good. Clorox to popular restaurant Shan Na Na that is always busy with locals and tourists. BBQ restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

This was a very good value for money. The room was large and clean, the location was fine, although not great, the breakfast was great, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Moreover, all girls working in the hotel were pretty, if that makes a difference.

친절한호텔입니다 ㅎ 체크인할때 주요 관광명소라던지 관광 지도도 제공하며 호텔에서 다른도시로가는 버스나 보트도 예매할수있습니다 ㅎ 보트 타러가는데 택시을 어래인지 해주는데 가격이 6000쩻으로.. 다소 비싼감이 있긴합니다만 나머지는 다 만족했습니다 욕실에 욕조도있구요 시설은 깔끔하고 대체로 만족했습니다

My husband and I were there for 2 nights to visit Mandalay. We knew we were going to be out most of the time so didn't want to pay for a high end hotel just to sleep at night, hence booked this hotel after seeing all the good reviews. The location is just in the middle of the city, very close to the Mandalay palace and the night market. The room was clean and the bathroom was almost brand new. The staff was excellent - attentive and very helpful and tried their best to accomodate our needs. The mattress was albeit quite firm but was not much of a big problem after we asked for extra pillows. Overall, this is the perfect place if you are looking for a 3 star experience of a reasonable price.

Hotel was very comfortable, staff very helpful and willing to please. Area of no real worth to mention but shops and restaurants available within walking distance. Took taxi to and from all the sight seeing places with Ko San Gee (can be found on facebook) at a very reasonable price

Two blocks from train station. Two ATMS nearby. Small supermarket nearby. Great local restaurants for evening meals. Very friendly staff. Nothing bad to say at all.
