This was the last time I stayed here since it was close to the jetty where we were catching the boat that would begin early the next morning. There were mosquitoes in the room that ruffled around my head all night. The windows do not have screens. Also, this is a smoking motel. My room smelled like cigarettes, and there are ashtrays in the rooms, so smoking is certainly permitted. The hot water was good, though my hotter tap was broken. At night when guests are coming home late, it was a little noisy. On the plus side, the rooms appeared to be clean. We also took a stroll through the back streets down to the river, which was really interesting and looked like a genuine mandala. There is a lot of little laneways, giving a real perspective of how people live and their businesses. If I were able to find another place for roughly the same money, I probably wouldn't stay here again. But for our overnight stay.

Although there are ashtrays in the rooms, the room smells strongly of cigarettes. Although the hotter faucet was damaged, the hot water was okay. If guests come home late at night, it can be a bit loud. The rooms were clean on the plus side. We also took a stroll down the back streets to the river, which was really interesting and resembled a real mandala. There are many small lanes, which provide a real sense of life and business. I doubt I would return if I could find another place for the same price. Nonetheless, it was the location of our stay.

We stayed here because it was close to the jetty where we were getting ready for the boat that would begin the next morning. There were mosquitoes in the room that bouncy around my head all night, so I didn't sleep well. There are no screens on the windows. This hotel also has a smoking policy. Since there are ashtrays in the rooms, my room smelled like cigarettes. Even though the hotter water was broken, it was good. It was a little noisy at night when guests came home late. Positive, the rooms appeared to be spotless. We also took a walk down to the river in the back streets, which was quite interesting and appeared like a real mandala. Numerous small lanes give you a real idea of how people live and run their business. If I could find another hotel for the same money, I likely wouldn't stay here again. It was the setting for our overnight stay.
