We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff. The restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious dishes. The salads were really delicious. The inhouse spa is also great. Also use the roof on floor 8. Great place to relax.

The hotel is close to the market. The dining area is comfortable and all the staff are cooperative. The room is comfortable but the bathroom is not satisfactory in all rooms.

The location is perfect, with easy access to the streets and food options. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly when we arrived at 1.30 am. The reception area was nice, and the lobby was spacious. The breakfast was delicious! The room is nice, but a little small. The wc needs to be cleaned properly. The water tap is too short and near the edge of the basin, making it difficult to wash hands and collect water.

Best hotel in thamel, kathmandu. The architect is amazing. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable with beautiful interiors. The hotel is clean and smells good. Wifi is fast and the roof is the best place to work.

Hotel bintang 3 ini berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus di pusat Tamal. Hotel ini terletak di lantai dua di pusat komersial. Sebagian besar kamarnya kecil, kamar mandinya sangat tua dan tidak menarik. Kebersihannya masuk akal. Kamar dengan pintu keluar di luar lebih bagus. Layanan ini masuk akal. Namun, staf tidak berusaha membantu, kami meminta kamar tertentu dan kami tidak mendapatkannya. Menunggu lama untuk kamar Sarapan dengan menu hanya untuk penduduk setempat. Hotel yang sangat mendasar.

The staff is polite and friendly. The room service is on time. The breakfast is also healthy and delicious. Worth staying for more than 3 days. The top rooms have beautiful and amazing views from the balcony. I love staying here.

We had a pleasant 2 1/2 day stay here. From the welcome drink to the rooms and hospitality, we were greeted very well. The staff is very helpful and answers all our questions. Regarding the room, dampness should be addressed. Otherwise, hotel arts is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay, food, and a nearby local market.

Kamarnya sudah tua dan usang dan hotel ini akan mendapatkan maksimal bintang 2 di Jerman. Tidak ada pengering rambut dan mandinya juga sangat sulit karena air yang keluar dari kepala pancuran sangat sedikit. Kami sudah di sana tiga kali dan itu selalu sama buruknya. Namun, lokasi hotelnya sangat bagus.

I would recommend it for couples, solo travelers, or group travelers. The rooms are clean and suitable for accommodation. The reception is very helpful. With good services, such as taxi and pcr test assistance if needed. Nice hotel, well located in the center of katmandu.
